The reception staff, cleaning, bars, restaurants, security, entertainment, miniclub, etc. a 10 all, especially the manager of the shark pool snack bar. He made us feel at home from minute one. The anti-covid measures are strictly adhered to, although there are always some irresponsible guests, but the security personnel were there to warn them to put on the mask or keep their distance. The only downside is that the water in all the outdoor pools was too cold, since the incoming water is freezing. Pay attention to your things while waiting in lobby or front of hotel - sometimes there are thieves.
