Camping Treumal

Fantastic experience: stayed at Camping Treumal in 2012. Campsite: the majority of the pitches are gradually embedded in the hilly landscape and are very nicely laid out. The campsite is relatively long, so the pitches near the sea are to be preferred. The entire square is very nicely laid out and all the buildings on the square radiate a Mediterranean overall picture. The small supermarket carries the bare essentials. Beach Sea: The beach is a beautiful bay between the rock formations of the CostaBrava and, as far as I know, is shared by 3 campsites; it goes straight in relatively steeply, but then at a depth of around 3m flat - so very clear water and also great for snorkeling. We were in the off-season and so the bay was never overcrowded and you had your peace and quiet. On the rocky coast, a very nice footpath leads northwards along smaller bays to the nearby town (approx. 30 minutes) - a very nice experience. Conclusion: Great - for us one of the best places so far and will definitely be back in the next few years.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful campsite where you can feel completely at ease right from the start. Very warm welcome, great well-kept area and the beach sections are a dream. We traveled through Spain for several weeks and were in various large and small places and this is by far the best for us. As a child I was here with my parents and now with my own children. We will definitely be back.

Fantastic experience: We stayed at Camping Treumal this summer and we saw the obligation to congratulate their services, especially those of animation where great people like Giselle kept our children enormously happy and entertained in these times of little influx of children and families due to COVID-19. Affectionate and helpful, at the hands of making the little ones smile and entertaining them with a hospitality rarely seen in other campsites. 100% recommended for families with children and teenagers!

Fantastic experience: The whole family stayed this summer, and the experience was really positive. Special mention should be made of the animation service, thanks to this and due to the pandemic our children enjoyed themselves very much, especially with Giselle, a spectacularly close and loving worker who took care of them and encouraged them like no one else. Thanks to her, our children had a great time even though there were not many little ones, and they had fun day after day with her great professionalism and splendid Zumba classes. We will certainly repeat next year.

Fantastic experience: The situation. We have returned this year 2020 and as always the campsite due to its location is extraordinary. What we have found to be missing is that at present they have not solved the issue of telephone coverage, you have to pay to have WiFi, quite deficient, do not watch TV and in terms of cleaning this year we have found it deficient as well such as lack of soap in the sinks closest to the beach and in terms of safety protocols in the campsite and common places such as sinks, dishwashers etc. totally null, everything and that in the restaurant, supermarket and reception if they were established. However, it continues to be a recommended campsite.

Fantastic experience: Camping staff is very friendly. Especially those of the supermarket. As a negative point, I would mention the poor coverage and the small pool, which are offset by direct access to the beach. Next year I'm sure I'll be back.

Fantastic experience: Update 07 2020: I was here again this year, of course everything went much quieter than usual, but it was a great time again, loving, peaceful, overwhelming ... I will be back in 2021 and until then I will remember the wonderful time in my heart ... Has been there 25 times by now; I grew up there if you count the years together and have spent years of my life there because I was almost always there for three to four weeks. In the past with my parents, now with my own child and I would describe the place as extraordinary, just like the location. Of course you can hear the main street in some places, but after all, the place cannot block anything. I got to know a lot of people there and I am grateful for the time, not to forget the little grandpa with the carnation behind his ear. I will of course be there again in 2017 ... I can only recommend the place!

Fantastic experience: Summer holidays 2019 high season and the CP was not completely full at first. A sanitary house was renovated and the two remaining had to absorb it. This has been achieved through the good use of cleaning aids. The CP can do nothing for extreme incidents! The musical sound from the own CP was okay, the neighboring seats could be heard until about 11 p.m. Now for the important thing for us: 1. the beach (bay) is great because you can't see anything of the hotels in the neighboring towns of Platja and Cologne. Good snorkeling (lots of fish) 2. Cleanliness, the staff (very friendly!) Clean and sweep and and and, 1 a 3. Connection, refueling in front of the door, shopping on the square and in the neighboring towns 4. The place is not as big (like Las Dunas and the like) - parking spaces about 80m2, but laid out on terraces, so you don't hang on the skin

Fantastic experience: A very quiet campsite equipped with every comfort: wifi, restaurant, bar, swimming pool, grocery store or simply buy what you are missing. The pitches (divided by zones: campers, tents ...) increase in price more approaches the sea. It directly overlooks the beach from which a splendid walk along the coast starts, passing by a cove in a cove until you reach the town's beach. Fantastic experience: The perfect location and the spectacular surroundings, family camping, quiet and ideal to relax (we have been the first week of September and the campsite was quite empty). If you have to look for a counter is that if you go with small children, the slopes according to the plot you are, they become durillas (on arrival you can indicate it and if possible offer you the closest option, as in our case). We stayed in a home, they are new and very welcoming. To eat there are two options: Restaurant or Bar. In this first there is no option to eat on the terrace (total disappointment because the views are increhibles) Quality / price 10. Fideuá 100% recommended. In the bar cheap prices, where you can eat sandwiches, pizzas and mixed dishes. The reception staff, cleaning, hostelry, supermarket .. A 10! To emphasize: very clean facilities and surroundings and the beaches of precious water critalina and ideal for children.

The listed in the camping guide noisy main street is not Soooo bad every German local road is louder. And the noise from opposite Camp.platz predominates. All in all a 100% good campsite I can only recommend.

Fantastic experience: Really a beautiful campsite, a bit more expensive but well worth the money. The square is terraced, so you have many pitches sea views. There is direct access to a smaller and a larger bay. Definitely take the snorkel, the water is crystal clear! The pool is quite small, which did not bother us, we are rather on the beach anyway. There is also a very well stocked supermarket, a bar with kiosk (there are fries, pizza, etc.) and a restaurant, which opens only in high season. The wash houses were always spotless and just as well maintained as the entire grounds. We definitely recommend the place and will definitely come back!

Fantastic experience: The only downside is that it is not adapted for wheelchairs, or to go with baby cars, but otherwise it is a great camping. We were in August and although it was bursting, the place was very well taken care of, the washbasins impeccable and with paper, they picked the garbage from the ballots constantly, the plots are super large and intimate since they are on small slopes. It has access to the beach, and tiny pool but very clean. The landscaping is extraordinary, has a balcony with amazing bar and quality price is very good !!! We will repeat without hesitation !!!

Fantastic experience: Mobilhome accommodation for 6 people very well. A small but great fridge, cools fast. The shower very nice. The reception staff wonderful. It is true that the pool looks small ... but there is a whole cove on foot from the campsite. We will be back.

Fantastic experience: Beautifully landscaped and very well-kept place with many great parking spaces with sea views. Great beaches and hiking trails by the sea right from the campsite. The only negative point we noticed. Many parking space limits directly one next to the other without privacy screens, small hedge etc. Here it would have been better to do without a few parking spaces and use the space gained for a little more privacy. This applies in particular to the parking spaces by the sea (zone P). And liked it very much and we would love to come back.

Fantastic experience: Something for everyone. A nice campsite, beautifully maintained and the choice to celebrate your holiday with a tent, caravan or mobile home. The location is especially beautiful. You can choose the beach. But walks along the beach and rocks are also possible. There is a walk that you can do well (see photo). Also as an untrained hiker. In the morning you can go for a run on the boulevard of Calonge. You are not the only one doing this! The campsite has a shop where you can go for your forgotten groceries or bread. Note that if you are at the top of the campsite it is a very steep climb. Good for the calves, say. Recommended!

The worst: the restaurant, not that you eat badly, but you don't want to go back, in fact I saw it not very popular. The market is good for the Spanish standard, but if you are used to the pampering of southern Italy, it will seem barely enough.

Fantastic experience: Camping Treumal is a beautifully landscaped campsite. The beautiful plants are maintained daily by very green fingers. It is a terraced campsite, so your calves have to get used to climbing. Our pitch was wonderfully spacious and because we were not standing on grass, there was no mosquito to be seen. The campsite is on the beach which is lovely. Nice that there are showers on the beach. There is a small swimming pool, but for our little mermaid it is wonderful to take a dip in between. Enough entertainment for our children too. The sanitary facilities score satisfactory, because there are no toilet seats available (is that something Spanish?). The cleaning crew keeps things tidy. It is that we have the rule that we do not go to the same campsite twice, but different ........ We would like to go back to this part of Spain, because there is still plenty to discover.

Fantastic experience: We were 3 times in the Camping Treumal, only to be recommended. The beach is great for relaxing but also for diving (the bays are super nice). The campsite is also very nice, there are no words to describe it, the pool is ok. The city of Platja de aro is also beautiful. Great for families.

Fantastic experience: We were there over Pentecost 2017. Everything was very clean, showers, toilets topp, reception muy amable. Unfortunately, the restaurant was still closed for this we were with our Womo almost "in the water" confessed, just nice the place. We recommend.

Fantastic experience: We spent 3 weeks in Mobil home in August 2013 and again 3 weeks in 2014 with our 8 year old son and 9 year old cousin. For us this campsite is ideal for rest, with its real access to the beach snorkel mask, restaurant on the page and the staff is very kind. For people looking for entertainment or partying n do not go to this campsite.
