Different pools with slides and pirate ship, mini club, mini disco, animation throughout the day, evening shows, family rooms, enough sun beds althought not so much shadow, good Buffet good and nice staff. Went again for Carnival 2022 with 2 adults and three kids. We booked two rooms with interconnecting doors in the Olympic Garden but we got two Appartements in the Olympic Suites instead. The apartments were beside each other but still a bit difficult when the kids woke up during the night. It seemed like they only opened 1 of the three hotels as there were not so many bookings. When we had a problem in our rooms, like needing additional sheets for the sofa bed or a broken light in the bathroom, everything was solved and taken care of quickly. Just the smell of the pipes in one of the bathrooms was a bit annoying. We were a bit disappointed as only the small indoor pool was open and not the big one as to certain times it was getting very full. But nobody controlled the amount of people inside the pool. The miniclub was nicely quiet and they offered a lot of activities and games. The kids loved it. Special thanks to Noelia!!! Evening show program was ok. The magic show was nice but we didn't like that they made tricks with live animals. On the second day there was a Brasil show which, beside the part with the fire, was not really interesting for the kids. On both evenings shows and Minidisco were delayed. The show on the second started for example 30 minutes later and as a reason the costume competition started at 23h instead of 22.15h which was inappropriate for little kids. Our daughter wasn't able to take part at the end as she felt asleep. So for the adult competition I had to go on my own with the other 2 kids as my husband had to stay with our sleeping daughter. In general, the times of Minidisco (21.30) and shows are in my opinion too late. I understand that it's scheduled to start after restaurants close for dinner but at least the Minidisco could be before dinner like from 18.30h to 19h, so the shows could start at 21.30. Restaurant times were a bit short. Breakfast only until 10h, great would be until 10.30-11h. The staff in the restaurant was nice and attentive, the quality of the food was worse than in previous years. Children hoped to get one night the chocolate fountain and sweets like we had during our last two stays but it wasn't the case. All in all it was a good deal we had for those 3 nights over carnival as in summer it's quite expensive. We still liked it and looking forward to coming again in Summer.

The pool area is such an amazing resource for the hotel, and my children loved spending all day going down the slides. They never got bored. The hotel provides lots of extra activities during the day, such as circus activities and zorb balls on the pool. The evening entertainment is top class, and keeps everyone entertained from young to old. They seem to change from year to year, as over the three years we have been we haven't seen many the same. I have two quite fussy eaters, and there was always plenty to keep them happy, especially the vast quantity of desserts. From an adults point of view, the food was lovely. Plenty of choice and variety, and always fresh and hot. I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling with a family, you will not be disappointed.

The hotel has a different activity on the hour for kids I haven’t seen so many different activities in one week in the same place. The shows on at night and not only entertaining for the children because they are involved is very entertaining for the adults me and my family had a brilliant holiday here and is one to remember. I would recommend that if you want a family holiday and you have children then this is the place you want to go in Lloret De Ma. They have multiple different pools with the slides for ages a big Diving pool and a very nice spa and gym. There was a good choice at breakfast and dinner and lots of Desert choices. Also if you wanted to go into town it’s a 10 min walk and gets very lively at night time. Another great thing about this hotel is that it’s 4 hotels in one so if you don’t like the Atmosphere of one you can just try the other. Thanks guy good job

Fantastic experience: Everything was perfect. We paid for all inclusive so everything was included. The food was great with so much to choose from and it's in a buffet format so there is no limit. The rooms were clean and a regular cleanup was done as well to maintain the cleanliness. There are a number of activities that you can find to do in the hotel as they have a game room, shows at the end of the day, indoor swimming pool and a tourist office for recommendations for places you could visit. The hotel is 20minutes away from the nearest beach. The only points to mention that weren't the best is that the drinks are from cheap alcohol unless you would like to pay extra for the branded bottles. And the thing I really didn't enjoy is that the water in the swimming pool was cold. Apart from that we had a lovely time.

Despite other reviews, the food was absolutely amazing. Plenty of choices.Fresh and well cooked.
You could have as much as you like when all inclusive and there was plenty of fruit, cakes and desserts for after dinner.
The only issues we had was that the walls truly are thin.Those who needed an early night definitely may have struggled to sleep. You could hear everything in adjacent rooms but admit that after midnight all was silent. Also it seemed impossible to close doors quietly.
Plenty to do of a day with kids club and the pools.
The pools could use a warming system even if to get it to body temp. They're bitterly cold even in hot sun and takes a while to get acclimatised to it. Kids didn't use slides as plummeting into bitter Icelandic water wasn't fun.
The entertainment for children of a night starts 9pm which seemed late and quite basic. Adult entertainment was a mix of mediocre to ok but they did try. Most laughs were alcohol induced I'm sure.
Overall we gave it a 90/100 and would return. UPDATE.. Just been told by my partner that we are going again next year.. No worries.

As soon as you walk into the lobby you are hit with beautiful wooden walls sparkling and shining and greeted by the helpful staff who always have a smile on thier face. Then you get shown to your room which contains tvs a fridge a balcony and nicce soft comfortable beds. Then you head outside and witness all 5 amazing pools. A saltwater one a big normal one, one with slides for adults and children and 2 indoor heated ones. The slides are actuall real fun and i thorouly enjoyed them. Next comes food. I use a wheelchair to move around but this was no problem as there were ramps everywhere necessary and a lift into the dinning room. Room facilities were ideal. Separate kids pool and play area makes it perfect for families and couples without children, you will not notice there is kids around, and we really liked it as we travel without kids. Pool bar and snack bars are always well stocked, nice food all day round, and ice-cream available all the time. Main bar serves full size drinks and shots, all bartenders are nice and makes great cocktails. Daily animations are worth seeing as well.
