Upon check-in, it turned out that the lock on the balcony door was broken; within an hour, a technician came and fixed it. Also at the reception there was a receptionist who spoke Russian! The majority of holidaymakers were couples, mostly European retirees. Therefore, the hotel was always quiet and peaceful. I would like to note the incredibly convenient location of the hotel - it is located in the historical part of the town. And wherever you come back from (sea, supermarket, restaurants, shopping, souvenir shops) in a few minutes you will be at your hotel! And what is very important (!!!) The town, because of the narrow streets, has only a few bus / transfer stops, two of which are located close to the hotel. I also want to note the cuisine separately - delicious and varied! To my surprise, even ZOZhniki did not manage to leave hungry - a lot of vegetables, salads, stewed fish / meat, seafood. And everything is delicious! There were only 4 types of milk for breakfast (skim, lactose-free, soy, almond, milk cocktails), even juice without sugar. My PP spouse is not fond of, so he regularly ate pizza, pasta, fried meat, French fries, and so on. We included breakfast and dinner, which is quite enough with such an abundance of food. At the same time, next to the hotel there is a small area dotted with cafes where you can have a tasty and inexpensive lunch. I don't like long reviews, but I couldn't be brief here - this hotel and the city of Lloret de Mar itself have left very warm, pleasant memories.

Every dinner we ordered sangria, so we got used to it that now we make it at home. Alcohol during meals is available for an additional fee. The wife is a coffee lover, and here is the moment. The coffee machine that is on display makes coffee not very good. But there is another coffee machine behind the sliding curtain, which is not particularly advertised)) here you can get a good espresso. In general, we were satisfied with the hotel. My wife and I flew in on a late flight and only got to the hotel around 2 am. Upon arrival, we were tired and hungry, the hotel bar was already closed while they were being made out and at two in the morning there was no longer any strength to go looking for food. We went up to the room and there we were in for a surprise - we found sandwiches and water from dinner, which we did not get. It was a delight! But as it turned out in the morning, our tour operator from Tuy showed this initiative. She separately and specifically asked the restaurant staff to prepare a light dinner for late arriving guests, for which she is especially grateful. Since, formally, dinner is included in the paid service on the first day of arrival, in order to improve the quality of service and take care of guests, I think it is worth considering this option and taking it on an ongoing basis. Also escorted to the lift. So far so good, The room 1505 is very clean and modern, large with a large balcony overlooking pool and nicely kept garden area. Big Comfy bed ,nice sofa as well and 2 wicker chairs. Good wi fi signal in the room ,Open plan type walk in shower and sink, seperated from the main room by half wall top half glass, ( only suitable if your comfortable showering etc when your roommate is about) separate toilet with door. Breakfast was good with a good choice for most people, chef cooks eggs etc to order. All the staff we have met are very friendly and smiley. Been here 3 days and loving it got 4 more to go,definitely stay here again .

Fantastic experience: We went to this hotel last year, around October. We really enjoyed our holiday here in Lloret de Mar, and Bertran Park is a very nice hotel. The staff were very friendly, and if there were any issues, they would almost instantly step in to help you. The food in the restaurant is great, it all tastes great, and there's plenty to choose from. The swimming pool is quite big, but sadly, the pool was very cold (quite normal considering it's October..), luckily, the distance from the hotel to the beach is short, you'll be there in about 5-10 minutes. The rooms are very clean, and they get cleaned up every day. We definetly recommend you to go to this hotel.

Also, the advantage was the presence of one large bed, rather than two single beds, joined together. Food, as well as predicted reviews, was fantastically tasty and varied. There was always a large selection of seafood, fish, meat, and fruit. The only drawback of the hotel turned out to be its strict and unusual rules for the resort hotel, which all the staff adhered to, for example, it is impossible to enter the hotel wet, including shoes. Even when it was raining outside, and it was not possible to dry, we even made a remark. There were several similar moments. To the sea, walk 6-7 minutes walking. The beach is very clean and calm. The sea is also incredibly clear, without any living creatures. In general, the rest was magical, in particular, thanks to the hotel!

It's in a decent location, very close to shops, restaurants and pubs / clubs and about a 10 minute walk to beach. The rooms are modern and quite spacious, beds were comfortable and I got a good night's sleep. Bathroom was decent and the shower was powerful and maintained it's temperature. Only criticism of the hotel was the air conditioning, it's just wasn't very powerful and didn't cool you down at all. Apart from that I would recommend this place and come back again.
