Cal Pai is an accommodation located in a beautiful renovated farmhouse, which offers stunning mountain views and has a garden with barbecue. Its rustic decor with wood and stone furniture, together with its terracotta floor, provide an authentic experience.
The property is divided into three different houses, all equipped with heating and a basic kitchen that includes microwaves and stoves. In addition, all houses have a bathroom with a bath or shower and a seating area with a sofa and TV. The garden is shared and has barbecue facilities.
Just 1.5 km away, in Pardines, there is a restaurant that offers affordable menus. The area is ideal for outdoor activities such as hiking and cycling.
The house is located at the foot of Serra Cavallera and the Vall de Núria valley in the Pyrenees is about 20 km away. The Vall de Ribes offers impressive Roman architecture, as well as cycling and climbing routes.

Positive experience: The location of the place is good in that communication from Barcelona is excellent and in less than two hours you are at home. There are about 5 km along a forest track to get there. In itself the house is far from the municipality, between mountains. There are 3 houses together and the success of your reservation will depend on your neighbors. In my case I was lucky with them. The house is clean, it has a ceramic hob, a fireplace and a couple of not-so-good barbecues outside. There is WiFi and even Netflix that if it rains and you can't go out, well, I don't know... There is space for hiking, which is the only thing you can do there, unless your plan is to barbecue and drink beer... The site is not bad, it's nice but you have to keep in mind that there is nothing around, car if you want or need civilization although perhaps what you are looking for is precisely to escape from it... Pay attention to the prices that will try to sneak you in with the price of firewood and tourist taxes, but well, nothing serious. In short, a normal rural house, there are better and also much worse..

The people in charge of the house and the neighbors are very kind. Ideal to come with children and see the animals that surround the house . We will return for sure !!!!

The house is fine but we missed more kitchen utensils as well as the accessories of the fireplace to collect ashes and be able to serve them on the outside barbecue. We are a family that surrounded me in many rural houses and with this we found little cleaning, few tools, such as having to buy wood that had never been carried by masseners and also as an activity we were going to collect twigs. Thanks to the veins of the neighborhood of Vilaró that have been very kind with their cows, goats, rabbits ... and their dog Willy.
