Fantastic experience: Genuine, warm and friendly staff. Stayed here for 4 nights and had a very relaxing, positive experience. Many bars and a ton of seating areas to chill out in. The food was of a high standard and lots of variety. The room was clean and comfortable - get the pool view if available. A short walk to the town, beach and sea. Would defo recommend and stay here again.

Fantastic experience: One of our favourite hotels for a summer getaway. Lovely rooms and layout to hotel, very friendly staff and great facilities. You are also not to far from the old town which is enchanting and in parts very romantic. Love the Golden Bahia and cannot wait to go back once travel situation ease.

Fantastic experience: Very positive overall experience at this hotel on the Costa Brava. It has been perfect to be able to enjoy with the whole family, large, renovated and very clean rooms. The very nice pool with so many plants around, there is even a pond with fish. The children have had a great time with the activities and entertainment they do every day. What adults liked the most was their buffet, we had the all-inclusive option and it was worth it, a lot of quality and varied food. An unforgettable stay in Tossa de Mar.

Fantastic experience: Lots to do. Large pool and sun deck areas on different levels and other outdoor activities areas. Basement gym, spa and laundry room area. Great food. Loads of choice. Staff very friendly and helpful. Large comfortable rooms with balconies. A number of bars. If you were so inclined, you could while away a holiday stay just at the hotel. Easy to get in to town and beach, however, where you'll find lots to entertain you too.

Fantastic experience: Great holiday very relaxing, but wud advise to fly into girona not barcelona as transfers were at least 3 hours with the coach stopping at different resorts we were last off and second stop to get on at 1.30am

Entertainment every evening is first class and things to do in the hotel during the day is great. Cannt recommend this hotel and it's staff highly enough.

Fantastic experience: Went in 2015 for the first (and currently only) time. My favourite hotel I have been to, staff were great Junior suite was great, hot-tub in junior suite was great, would 1000% recommend going to get a break from the cold in winter.

Fantastic experience: Just came back from a weeks holiday with my wife. We both really liked the hotel and Tossa De Mar area. We had paid a little extra for a pool view and were not disappointed. Great view sitting on a roomy balcony. The room itself was very pleasant, with a large bathroom (bath with decent shower), and plenty of room for our clothes. The whole hotel was always spotless at all times, despite being very busy. I really liked the (actually enforced) sunbed towel policy which prevented people taking all the beds before breakfast which can be very annoying. Atmosphere around the pools was great, with a big play pool for families and a smaller pool which mainly adults used. During the day there were plenty of activities into youngsters, teenagers and adults. You could join in as much or little as you liked; we joined in some of the sports games and always had a good laugh. The main restaurant was pleasant and coped very effectively with the large throughout of people. Plenty of food choice although if I were there for two weeks I would eat out a couple of times for variety. That said, you can select the tapas restaurant in the hotel for a night or two; it's free and the food and service were excellent. We were half board so bought or drinks. Prices reasonable and similar to resort bars. €3.10 for large beer, £6.60 for G&T (v large!), £2.30 coke etc. There are two lovely beaches 10 mins walk away, through the old town so a pleasant walk in itself. We alternated beach, pool. Also a couple of supermarkets 5 min walk, same for the bars. Romantic Gardens was our favourite with live music nights.

Fantastic experience: My husband and i have stayed here for the third time last week, for a one week stay. We have just booked to come again. We do not find the staff rude. They are very busy and we found in general they were respectful. The lady who cleaned our room 448 was lovely. She left our room beautifully clean and changed towels when we requested. I had two massages in the spa. Anna did wonders for my stiff back and shoulders. My husband used the gym and was pleased with it. The tapas bar is really nice. We loved the resturant and enjoyed all our meals. The entertainment team were friendly but not too pushy. Jakob was lovely and i found on many occasions was respectful to vulnerable guests. He was probably the youngest member of the team but has learned quickly how to go that extra yard as regards to customer service. Tossa town is the icing on the cake. This coupled with a great hotel is a winning combination. I dont understand why people find things to beef about. In my opinion the management should be very proud of their staff and lovely hotel which people return to year after year. It is clearly satisfaction that pulls them back. ,

Fantastic experience: We liked this hotel. It's our second year that we have been there. The staff are really nice and friendly. The food was good. And the location is very good for night life. Plenty to do in the daytime. And there's a street train to take you to the shops. And beach.
