Our round table was fantastic, although there are other rectangular ones where the two people sit on the same side and it can be more uncomfortable. The bread is chosen from a menu where there are several, and it is paid separately. The foccacia is spectacular and the oil and truffled butter that they put to you, exceptional. The extensive wine list. It is not worth paying for single glasses because they are very expensive. Instead, there are bottles from the area with very correct prices. The waiter (I don't know if he would also be a sommelier or not) was very right in helping us to choose. To put one downside, I would say that at the beginning they have taken about half an hour to start serving us, and they have put the first dishes before at a table next to us that had arrived later. The place for lovers of modern architecture like me is a must-see with an imposing façade and an interior where they have been able to combine the best of the past and the present. The food is delicious, each dish has a history and a reason to be and innovate from the local and seasonal product. I want to praise the presence of earth mushrooms like camagrocs or vine, which give a brutal taste. I often criticize the lack of variety of wines and the lack of wine options on earth: Cristina seems to think like me. They have more than 800 wine and liqueur references in their cellar, all perfectly arranged on a tablet with which you can play for hours and find the perfect wine. They are sorted by distance from the restaurant and you can filter them by country, region, type, price… The service is in line with everything else: excellent. When you arrive, walk through the kitchen where Albert and his team welcome you and leave you with the "non-existent door" of the kitchen open to any questions. Then you can see the winery. When I made the reservation I noticed that I did not like mushrooms and when we arrived we had an adapted menu proposal. They give you a minute to review the menu and if there are any dishes you want to change, they fit. The location of the restaurant is quite bad and makes it impossible to enjoy the terrace they have because you can hear a lot of cars, but the aesthetics of the place compensates. When you arrive they let you into the kitchen to gossip and see how they work.
