Un hostal de l’any 1882 amb un interior de disseny contemporani, acollidor i silenciós. L’ambient idoni per degustar la interpretació contemporània de la cuina d’abans.
La Vall de Bianya, és un territori abrupte poc poblat, aïllat i fred, aquest aïllament ha afavorit la conservació de l’espai d’interès natural amb una gran riquesa biològica.
Quan entrem a Ca l’Enric, entrem per l’antic colmado, que també es convertia en barberia on en Desideri aprofitava els diumenges per esquilar els pagesos de la zona.
Oferim una interpretació de la cuina tradicional catalana amb productes de temporada i ingredients del seu entorn més proper, els boscos de la Vall de Bianya. Seleccionem els millors productes i recuperem els sabors de la cuina tradicional amb un toc d’avantguarda.

Fantastic experience: Delicious food. My partner would go there every day, the treatment is very good. Some Saturdays of each month they do the fantastic “ham night,” where they give you unsalted salted ham and only pay for drinks. Live music and dance floor. A bottle of wine and a bottle of water are all included for 11€. The food was delicious. We decided on a fish day. After the salad I had deepfried boquerrones and my wife had grilled sardines.
