Fantastic experience: We stayed for 4 nights the second half of August. The overall lovely campsite. The environment was wonderful, we could go to bathe in the river a few meters away. The spectacular Muga We had a bungalow for two with a kitchen, which needed a good repair. The fridge did not close properly, no door in the freezer, the legs of the bed held miraculously, the bedding did not suit him, in the shower, the broken door had been replaced by a plastic curtain. Fair cookware and each one of a kind, knives and glasses were missing, which we had to ask for. One of the pots with a broken handle. The lights on the bedside tables nearly fell off the wall bracket. The porch light so dirty that it did not shine and we could not dine outside due to lack of light. Despite everything we are looking forward to returning. It is worth the inconvenience to be in that wonderful place.

Fantastic experience: It's a campsite sort of thing next to a beautiful river, which depending on the time of year I guess is great for swimming, jumping off rocks, sunbathing and exploring in the summer, and in the winter possibly riding the rapids in a Kayak. Me and the girls spent an amazing time walking and swimming up it every other day of our holiday in august 2016. It was between 28-35c and sunny, water was warm with small fish, dragonflies, kingfisher, heron, butterflies, lizards, all along the river, it was really gorgeous, (eve pun) beautiful memories. We also had a very close encounter with an american Mink, would've been awsome if it were the one that was supposed to be there but fat chance of that thesedays. that aside it was the closest any of them had come to a wild mustelid. so that was pretty sweet. The campsite was clean and well laid out had entrance barriers which was a good idea. Decent size pool which was much higher than the entrance gate, as is the restaraunt, shop, which has all the basics (You may have to get in early if you want croissants) and tennis and basketball courts so you pretty much can just see the forested sides of the valley from your sunlounger. Is this sounding like an advert? So, good food, nothing overly fancy, decent price, get what you pay for, honest nosh. Inside, the restaurant is nice, staff are friendly, some speak english. They were very accommodating with regards to my astonishingly shite attempts at their language. We stayed in a small cabin on the campsite with parking next to it, perfectly suitable for our family. living room with kitchen, toilet and shower room, two bedrooms, double bed in one bunk and single in the other. There was an aircon unit above the door which worked fine though we only used it when we first arrived, it may have done heat as well. If you go, I hope you have as a relaxing a time as I did.
