Fantastic experience: This hotel is a 10 minute walk to the local beach. And a 5 minute walk to the local town centre. There is a local supermarket around the corner just a 10 seconds walk away. There is a car park available for guest to park their vehicles for a charge, the car park prices are reasonable. The rooms were spacious, clean and organised. There is a lounge with sofas, a TV, small kitchenette and a dining table and chairs. The bedroom was clean and tidy and big enough for us. The bathroom was lovely and had a walk in shower. There was a balcony for us to sit on and enjoy the sun whilst having a cold drink. The staff were friendly and always had a small on their faces. There is a deposit fee when you check in, so remember to bring extra cash with you on your holiday. The deposit is refunded when you check out and the staff are satisfied that there has been no damage made to the room and its facilities. The pool side was amazing, there is a large pool, a jacuzzi and baby pool for all the family to enjoy. There is a ramp or stairs to access the pool and pool side bar. There were plenty of sun loungers to sit on and soak up the sun. You can purchase food and drink at the bar, but you cannot have your own prepared food or takeaway at the pool side. There are 2 lifts in the hotel to access all the floors. The hotel and its grounds is prefect for disabled access. There is a local bus 10 seconds walk from the hotel to take you into the town centre and by the beach. I will definitely go back for another holiday and stay here.

Fantastic experience: Had a rest with my daughter for 8 years and a friend for 16 days in June-July 2019. Reading the reviews, I was afraid, of course, but .... we were all pleasantly surprised ..) The studio went on the third floor overlooking the pools and the sea) ). The balcony is small, true, but the two chairs with a bedside table fit. Knowing that there are no kitchen boards, sponges and detergents in the apartments, they took with them (easily and without problem). They brought us a lot of towels for three people), and when we asked for a toaster and a kettle (they wanted to go to the reception desk themselves), we were all brought in 5 minutes. All employees are very friendly, constantly helping us not to ask. The beds are very comfortable, the sofa is either new, or it is covered with a new leatherette))) My daughter didn’t leave the pools for hours, and we ourselves enjoyed the Jacuzzi in the evening (sometimes the hot water was highly chlorinated, but not more than three times). Reading the negative reviews, I can not think that we were so lucky. It all depends, probably, on expectations ..)) Very satisfied, visit again, definitely. Of the minuses: strange energy thrift - you leave, you take away the key, the light is turned off and, accordingly, the refrigerator starts to defrost ((... .... and the rest is PERFECT (quiet, nice, close to Liddle supermarket, two beaches and a center of turbulent life)

Fantastic experience: After reading reviews I was worried about coming here, 2 adults 2 children and had a brill time, the room is basic and marks on walls in places but it was clean and tidy on arrival, the kitchen area and table was a god send saved us so much money not having to eat out every meal, reception provided a kettle and toaster, fridge in room, microwave and hob. We was facing the road not the pool and had no noise whatsoever, and none from other guests either, we saw the cleaner several times and she provided us with clean towels ect, the pool area was the highlight of our stay, the water was cold being Oct but with the larger jacuzzi which was heated my youngest didn't miss out as wasn't keen on the cold water. Be warned you do have to pay €100 deposit on arrived Cash only. You get this back on check out, pool bar food snacks were lovely and so we're the Chinese man and lady working there. 10 min walk into llorete and same to fernels side both lovely towns lots of shops food places. We would definatly go back we had a brilliant time even though use to staying in top end hotels this did not disappoint us being here.

Also on arrival asked for a deposit of€100 in lieu of any damage to room. I,m mid 60's my wife is 59 we,re not exactly going to trash our room,but must say actual room is spacious and shower spot on .
