Fantastic experience: After reading some comments for this summer 2021, I would like to share my objective feelings about our 8-day boarding stay at the beginning of August (2 adults and 1 teenager 15 years old). Our room was on the restaurant level (under the pool area, very well insulated). The rooms with large balcony overlooking the sea are recent, very comfortable beds and a very nice functional bathroom. This renovated building has 2 floors (lower floor rooms for 4 with small terrace with living room and therefore our floor rooms for 3). Asking to be accommodated in this building, we had a choice and indeed the main building does not provide the same services. With the Covid period, of course the hotel does not provide towels, we have ours (like everyone else). We just have to cross the street to be on the beach (coarse sand). Overall there is a lovely, homely feeling in this hotel. I actually cant wait to return. Tossa de mar is beautiful, and the Reymar added to our wonderful holiday.

Our room faced the sea and going around was so easy and accessible from the hotel, as there was a private stairs from the hotel leading to the beach side. Fantastic experience: We arrived 5th May for a week half board and found the staff to be very helpful but not speak much English. The hotel at the time was filled with mainly French people along with the town at the time we went. Lovely clean room on the top floor, over the laundry but no smells as others had said. Nice modern room with kettle and no charge for safe. Room tv on start up shows webcam of the beach so great to view early morning before venturing out. Amazing breakfast choice and staff could not do enough. We stayed half board and you have the choice to have either the lunch or dinner menu included. We opted for the evening but it is served from 8.00 pm so a bit later. It’s a al carte menu of 4 courses and at the time we were there I would say based more on French taste. Plenty or restaurants in town etc if one evening nothing on the menu tickles your fancy. Great service was received from all the hotel staff and you were made to feel very welcome. We enjoyed staying at the hotel and Would recommend reading other reviews to gauge an opinion
