Fantastic experience: We have spent several days and have been delighted. We took half board, breakfasts very varied with pastries, bread of all kinds, fried ... everything ... very varied dinners, every night they put different things and depending on the food they made it at the time. The room was very spacious, there were 4 of us but there was still room for another person. Views of the pool, a spectacular pool. There is also a heated swimming pool, gym, children's area.... nothing is missing. No need to leave the premises to have a great time. Closed parking, inside the enclosure and free (although in summer I think it is paid), every day there are activities for children and at night there is also entertainment in the party room, such as magic, juggling, orchestra ... Fantastic experience: The best Aparthotel in all of Spain. The entire place is of a very high standard with exceptional customer service from reception and the manager. Great location with plenty of everything around and the 10 minute slow stroll to the beach has plenty of places to eat, drink and shop on the way.

Fantastic experience: We really enjoyed our all inclusive stay here. The food was good. They have highchairs. Free ice creams for the kids. Plenty of choice at the bar too. You don't serve yourself because of covid which I think is sensible. The rooms were an ok size. They were cleaned every day. Fresh towels. Beds made. Had a little kitchenette. NOT A DOUBLE MATTRESS ‍♀️. The kids had a great time in the pools. The slides are brilliant. They always had 3 lifeguards on duty. Pools are freshwater. Entertainment was only ok. Magic show, flamenco, balancing act, & comedy/quick change show. The mini disco was a bit of a let down. They didn't speak English during it. Spoke French and Spanish. No English songs apart from baby shark which they played at the end of every show because the mascot is a shark. We really enjoyed our time here as a family.

True kids paradis with swimming pools from the infants to adults, also an indoor one + lots of different entertainment football, basketball, gym, spa, babys room, library, dance stage for kids entertainment, etc.. Buffet with good quality for the investment. Some inperfections on the organizational side but nothing to complain about. Staff are well trained and can multitask at your request. Overall we really enjoyed our family getaway. Cheers

Fantastic experience: Over 7 years vacationing in Europe. This is the best place for kids ! Clean, Friendly, Great location, Food was great. New pools, just like new and all of this was during Covid Crisis. We will go back and will not look for another hotel ever in Lloret. We were in the section directly above the lobby with all inclusive. I recommend it!!!

Fantastic experience: We've been like 4 times here, so we already know the whole place. Quite busy from June to August, but plenty of things to do inside the residence, that you don't even need to get out if you don't want to. They have lots of facilities: a few outside swimming pools (a huge basin with a nice bridge over and different depths) and a paddling pool for babies, a bar near the swimming pools, enough chaise-longues, a swimming pool inside in case of bad weather; lovely restaurant buffet type with a grill from the morning to the evening, nice and efficient staff and a covered terrace to enjoy the hot weather; we certainly profited by the mini-club for our kids where the staff is really involved, having a widely nice program for kids from the morning to the evening (with lunch break of course); and I always enjoyed the entertainment program for the evening (magic shows, flamenco, etc). Rooms are very spacious and clean, changing sheets and towels every day, a small kitchen if you don't want to eat in their restaurant. Quite far from the beach, but still acceptable. I would definitely recommend it.

Make sure to book the full board, or you'll be sorry. Fresh, grilled, cooked, whatnot. Plenty to choose from for vegetarians, fruit and sweets lovers. Perfect for families and couples, incl. a large pool. Friendly staff! Even the WiFi is somewhat acceptable for simpler needs, however not for streaming services. Parking both around the hotel area and two levels underground.

Staff very friendly and helpful, jet2 reps always there when you needed them. 5 mins walk from nearest beach. 15 - 20 mins walk to lloret bus station, main shopping area and lloret beach. I would definately stay here again and would recommend Costa encantada to anyone

Fantastic experience: Im just back today from a weeks stay half board (breakfast and dinner or lunch) and i can honestly say my wife and i and our kids 4 and 1 years old had the best holiday at en cantada. The food is beautiful, the restaurant is spotless as is the whole complex. You will get value for money here and excellent for families aswell as couple breaks. The pools are brilliant, the accommodation excellent, the food amazing, staff amazing. Gail on reception is absolutely amazing. The most helpful and nicest employee you will meet.encantada are lucky to have her. Thanks gail from room 55. Lloret de mar is a beautiful place and i would highley recommend using encantada as your base when you go out and about. Marinaworld is a must go to waterpark. About 45 mins from bus station which is a 15 minute walk away from hotel. You dont even need to leave hotel its that efficient. I will most definitely be returning next summer and i cant wait. Weather was beautiful all week aswell. Team encantada youve been great. Thanks a million.

Fantastic experience: Situated against a hill, with amazing views on the sea from the top floors. Very comfortable rooms, especially apartments with a kitchen annex. Nice balcony with a view on the hotel pool and the seaside. Delicious meals and very welcoming professional staff. Very good customer service. The only thing, the hotel is a long walk from the beach but we didn't mind it. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Pool is very big and cleaned regularly, and there is a great choice of food at the buffet. There is a little garden where you can walk up to the tennis court , which is very pretty. There is also a basketball and football court, and there are multiple activities going on in the pool such as water polo. The entertainment at night is very good. Staff are very helpful and friendly, the cleaner even tucked our teddy's into the covers, which was very good! The rooms are very spacious and the balcony has amazing views! The beds are also very comfortable! The only thing I would keep in mind is that the centre of lloret de mar is around 1km away from the hotel (which I am not complaining about!) and sometimes the lifts will take you to the wrong floor . Overall I had a great stay here, and I would recommend this hotel to families who want a nice peaceful hotel that is also really close to the beach and other amenities!!

Hotel and pool were spotless & food was great, so much to choose from. Plenty for the kids to do, even with the short period of rain we had whilst by the pool, the entertainment staff took our son to play some board games. Fantastic experience: We have just got back from a 7 night stay and have thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Do not get caught up with all the negative reviews as this place is brilliant. We stayed on an all inclusive basis and this was excellent!! Snacks by the pool from 11am - 6pm and this includes chips, burgers, salad, chicken skewers, ice cream, pizza etc. These are all available for you to literally help yourself...fantastic when travelling with 3 children. The snack bar also had drinks available and again this is a help yourself basis. These included beer, wine, coke, Fanta, sprite and fruit juices, as well as sangria and hot drinks. The food at this hotel is excellent. We were amazed by the choice, particularly at dinner and tea time. At breakfast you have the full English buffet style breakfast (perfect) but also the more continental option which was also impressive. Again, don’t be put off by the reviews, the food is lovely and there’s loads to choose from. The staff are also fantastic!! Rooms were cleaned daily and the maids did a great job. The canteen staff were pleasant and worked tirelessly to ensure your dining experience was as comfortable as possible. They even took time to talk to our children and make them laugh despite being extremely busy. Finally, the hotels entertainment team is outstanding. The team are extremely proactive and always invite the children to take part in the activities they have going on. They even walk around and engage in coversation with families and really make the children feel comfortable and happy. They also provide a wide range of poolside activities which cater for all. This includes table tennis, aqua fit/Zumba, water polo, water volley ball, inflatable challenges and many more as well as daily activities for the children and these are displayed clearly in the reception area. The evening entertainment is also good. The entertainment team have a mini disco for the kids and the shows start at around 9:30pm. We watched a magic show, circus act, I dolls puppet show and others - all of which kept us thoroughly entertained. We have had a fantastic holiday and would certainly recommend this hotel. Don’t worry about the negative reviews...we did at first but this changed as soon as we arrived. Thanks

We went half board, breakfast choice was fantastic, and evening time paid for dinner a few times, and again food choice was brilliant, most food was lovely, but the odd item was not nice but that was probably me. The dining was a bit manic with so many guests eating in a short time slot, but the dining and kitchen staff worked wonders keeping everything running smoothly. The hotel entertainment staff were outstanding, fantastic, working long hours, really engaging with all guests of all ages, and their tribute show was very good and fun. Our room maid on fifth floor was fantastic, worked wonders with our room every day, always had a smile and friendly greeting, but I think she has too much work for one person, and I guess all the room maids need another person to help them. Some of the evening acts from outside were rubbish except for the in hotel entertainment staff and the lounge singing couple. The rooms were large, well equipped, air con good, shower hot/cold water great, pool warm, lovely. The hotel is in a great location, 10 min walk from Fenal beach , 10-15 min walk to Lloret shops and crazy nightlife. Only real gripe was walking past some of the tacky gift shops to fenal beach, with the asian shop men wanting to be my 13 year old daughters boyfriend and wanting her phone number, not acceptable. Anyway, great hotel, all staff great, great resort, Thank you for making this a outstanding holiday

Fantastic experience: Without a doubt one of the best hotels/holidays I've ever had. Me and my girlfriend have been back to this location 2 years running. We had been attending drum and bass festival and really needed a place we could relax and recharge after every night and this was the perfect location. The room we had was incredible it was perfectly spacious with an amazing balcony that overlooked the pool and you could see the sea in a distance. The bed was extremely comfortable and the whole place was absolutely spotless. The all inclusive was absolutely brilliant, you had a large variety of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks available until late at night and pool snacks including wedges, pizza, chips and buyers available throughout the day.The buffet was huge and had a fantastic variety, I cannot imagine that somebody would not be able to find something they would like. The breakfast was exceptionally good offering a large choice of English and continental choices, with a range of juices as well. The location for us was perfect. It was further enough way from the main lloret strip for some peace and quiet away from the hecticness, but close enough that we could walk to and from the festival without any issues. You also have Fenals beach within a 10 minute walk, which is a beautiful beach. The pools were huge and specious and never at all felt too packed. You could always find a sunbed although inconsiderate guests would often get up at 7 and place towels over the best ones and not return until 5pm. This isn't the hotels fault though. The staff are one of the biggest highlights for us, all of them are so friendly and really do their best to make sure you have the best possible holiday. A few standouts were Jonathan and Angel.
