The staff is kind and helpful, mostly in the reception. The cleaners have changed the towels every day in our room. The securiry is also good. The hotel has own bar and swimmingpool, and you can find aircondition in the rooms. Despite of the fact, that the hotel is at the city center the rooms are relatively quiet, because of the modern windows. We ordered half pension services, and we could choose wide range of food every day. My personal favorite is the chocolate fountain. The most people at the hotel are young or families. The youngers like the parties and it can be noisy at the night.
