Fantastic experience: Super hotel !!! All the staff (home, restaurant, cleaning staff ...) is very nice, always smiling, very kind. They also speak French. The hotel as well as the rooms are very clean. The buffet and varied and hearty. The SPA very nice. They are very well located, near the sea, buses. We did not take the car from our stay. Walks and visits to Lloret de Mar and nearby towns by foot, boat, bus and train. The only negative for us and there WiFi that is a bit slow. I really recommend this hotel. We will come back with pleasure.

Fantastic experience: We have spent a few days in this hotel and we have loved, the facilities, swimming pool ... but with what I take a pleasant memory is with the staff in general, the lifeguard very attentive and friendly, and in dining and cooking a great people . The first day we arrived my 4 year old son got sick to his stomach and they helped us a lot, they asked for it every time they saw us, that if they did eat something in particular, and my husband goes in a wheelchair and also very attentive and friendly, and in spite of not being adapted the swimming pool, it was possible to bathe perfectly thanks to Jordi the lifeguard who has helped him and has been very aware of him. In reception also very friendly. Correct cleaning. Comfortable room. Thanks to Jose of the dining room and the whole team, you are great, Juan, Eva, Mjose, Tere, Jaén and the boys of color (I do not know how they are called hehe) and all the rest. The truth is that it is one of the best hotels I've been in, especially for the staff, we'll be back!

Fantastic experience: Excellent hotel. Very friendly staff. The rooms are all redone. Extremely clean and comfortable like all the other facilities (pool, spa and gym). The food is excellent. A barbecue area where the cook prepares vegetables, fish, meats and other specialties in front of you. The only downside remains the "fruit juices" for breakfast. Otherwise absolutely nothing to complain about. Everything is perfect. In principle, I stay twice a year there and I had to go at least 22 times there. And always with the same pleasure. What fun ... not to mention the evening entertainment and access to the SPA at no extra charge.

Fantastic experience: We were here with 15 kids with intellectual disabilities and we were delighted with this hotel. The beautiful rooms, the tasty and varied food, the magnificent spa, but the best of all: The great human quality of all the staff, the chambermaids of the rooms, the reception people, the staff of the restaurant and the waiters of the bar that They have always taken care of us with a lot of patience and affection, facilitating our work to the educators who accompanied them. We would definitely go back and recommend it to everyone.

Fantastic experience: Very nice establishment, very very clean, very friendly staff (a little less at the bar). Small flat, the catering .... varied entries, main dishes passable by cons desserts all have an industrial taste and I will not talk about the takeaway ...... I had a very pleasant stay (Spa, indoor pool and massage).

The meals, dinners and breakfast very well. Excellent pool and spa areas. The bar and chiringuito areas ... Cinema. Very friendly and familiar people. But the best ... The animation team ... Alex and chus ... They have made the stay something special !!!

Fantastic experience: We had an amazing family experience.Our 4 kids were feasting, the staff were super friendly, the lifeguards were always with a kind word. family activities are diverse and enjoyable. The meals are delicious and varied. The hotel is immaculate. the rooms are spacious, bright and well soundproofed. The beach is very close and very relaxing. Only downside: the car park with a family car is really difficult to park in the streets and parking spaces in the hotel are really limited unfortunately. We had a great time and hope to return again this year.
