Even as kids, we've all played at drowning with friends, and more than one has gotten a scare because we fear suffocation. Personally, like many people, I was a bit scared of being underwater for so long, breathing artificially with a device; you have the feeling that there could be many problems, and you can easily drown, but in this course, I learned with three instructors who helped me overcome that fear. They are very well trained people, with the theory and practice well learned over the years of diving.
