I came in wanting to buy a full suspension MTB from Focus and they gave me a very good price for the one I had been looking for, however just before closing the deal they understood that I was going to mount a very specific accessory and they advised me to get another bike since the accessory wouldn’t fit. Very professional and totally in my interest, but to the detriment of their sales. They showed me some other options in the same price range and a week later I bought a Mondraker from them instead. The service over WhatsApp in English is also extremely good.
