In my opinion, they should have designated spots for their cars, since you have to leave it wherever they please. Well, I think this establishment has very poor organization, they need to improve. Also, it seems like it was a holiday, so you should announce it somewhere since people from outside shouldn't have to know it's a local holiday. Thank goodness I took pictures of the parking ticket and the gas ticket. Because you never know who to trust, this time I didn't take pictures of the car where I picked it up, I didn't know that the coworkers in that office wouldn't do their job well and would pass me incidents of various dents, when I hadn't scratched the car at all. But of course, it stays in my record, which I find quite annoying. Thank goodness I took coverage for all this, that the office where I picked it up already warned me, 'don't worry if you hit anything, because you have coverage.' Yeah, sure, but since they didn't do their job well, it seems like it's my fault. In defense of the guy in the Figueres office, I will say that he did the exchange, but I insist, you should make the effort to check which ticket belongs to which car, you won't have many daily returns.
