Fantastic experience: Had a very smooth and efficient experience both in pick up and return. I was pleasantly surprised at how new the car was (2022, 20k km), and the staff was very friendly and gave me clear instructions and guidelines at all times.

Positive experience: Just like last year, they charge me for delays in delivery, all for not wanting to see and identify the tickets for each car. If it has to be left in the car, but from what I see it doesn't happen to them just once, it happens to them regularly. I also don't think they have an excessive delivery of cars, as to not know which is which. More so when they make you hand over the gas ticket, which I find personal. In my opinion, they should have designated spots for their cars, since you have to leave it wherever they please. Well, I think this establishment has very poor organization, they need to improve. Also, it seems like it was a holiday, so you should announce it somewhere since people from outside shouldn't have to know it's a local holiday. Thank goodness I took pictures of the parking ticket and the gas ticket. Because you never know who to trust, this time I didn't take pictures of the car where I picked it up, I didn't know that the coworkers in that office wouldn't do their job well and would pass me incidents of various dents, when I hadn't scratched the car at all. But of course, it stays in my record, which I find quite annoying. Thank goodness I took coverage for all this, that the office where I picked it up already warned me, 'don't worry if you hit anything, because you have coverage.' Yeah, sure, but since they didn't do their job well, it seems like it's my fault. In defense of the guy in the Figueres office, I will say that he did the exchange, but I insist, you should make the effort to check which ticket belongs to which car, you won't have many daily returns. Also, I think the office hours are very insufficient.

Fantastic experience: So impressed with the man working at Avis in Figueres where we picked up our car today. We were let down by Enterprise/Alamo in Girona; we booked a car through easyJet and we got there for them to say they have no cars and nothing they can do. Will be going back to Avis in the future as there is no upselling either.
