All three rooms we had were clean. They have cots (they are like travel folding). They have breakfast service, which costs € 5 and consists of pastries and cold meats, dairy products, coffee and juices. The downside is that it is loud. You can hear everything that speaks, or does, the one in the next room, the elevator (which is quite noisy when the door opens and closes), the people in the corridors, and the revelers in the street at dawn, the cleaning girl early. The mattresses are quite comfortable. If you want any management directly call, with the email they are a little clueless. I would return, although without a child, because of his waking up to the noises.

Positive experience: For the price it was great, rooms are basic bht with private bath and shower which was a bonus, staff were friendly enough. A bit of noise during the night but it is a hostel rather than a hotel and considering my room was less than 30 euro for the night couldn't complain. Free WiFi too just make sure you to say you want it when booking. Perfect for travellers on a budget.
