Overage asparagus (over cooked). But who cares. Generous plate. Eggplant, zucchini etc. The fish stew was sensational. As someone who cooks a lot I know how very difficult it is to make monkfish. This was tender and by far the best monkfish I’ve ever had. Ask Gordon Ramsay and he will tell you why chefs don’t use this chef, normally.
