Positive experience: If you book half-board for your stay at Bassegoda Park, this is where you will eat. (That's €11 for breakfast and lunch OR dinner, the menu usually costs €18) The options are ok, if you stay for < 5 days, a lot of the dishes are combinations of the same things but it's alright, there's more variety if you pay extra, for all the dishes not included in half-board per se. Be ready for some guessing/asking, though, since the menu is only available in Catalan. Personally, I don't care about etiquette, as long as I get food at a camping restaurant, my girlfriend would probably give -17 stars for that but I found it rather amusing to guess what they would come up with. In general, you can probably order the same thing every day and it will be served differently every single time, especially the wine. In terms of staff friendliness, I only make this a three-star review, since one waiter is an incredibly awesome guy and another female waiter is also trying her best, so I would kind of feel bad for them otherwise. To be fair, I already do, because the (what I assume to be) team leader is a complete failure at his job. He just lazily slumps around and tells the others to do his work, despite them already running. Upon arrival, we politely asked him if he speaks english, he just rolled his eyes and walked away, proceeded to ignore us for the rest of our stay. I tried again a few days later, told him my spanish was not too good but asked him a question about the menu (which the other staff understood fine by the way) but he just handed me the menu and gestured me to read again myself. I'm not really bitter about this but if you read this, screw you, you don't deserve a cent of the money this restaurant makes and I hope you get fired and replaced with someone more competent, for your team's sake.
