Fantastic experience: I've waited to ask twice before commenting. I have worked for several years in an authentic Italian pizzeria and I loved speck. After closing, I looked for other places where they sold it but none had borne fruit, many put a slice into a thousand pieces, others didn't even have any. The first order I ordered the speck and it came incredibly full! It was a nice surprise. They told us 15 minutes, I thought it was to be very fast and that it would be longer, but nothing further, at exactly 15 minutes they were ringing the bell (I live in malgrat). The dough was very good. The second request was today. We have ordered 4 cheeses and one of Serrano ham, tomato and Parmesan. They have told us 1 hour. Again it has been a nailed time. Order at and 40, picking the bell at and 40, and again the pizza was hyper complete !! The dough was good although the first one was better, but it is usually normal, the dough does not always come out the same. In general, a very good pizzeria that we have discovered, prices more than correct with the quality and quantity, which is also very good. Of course, I would love for them to have coppa di parma.
