El Racó del Mar

Positive experience: Doncs mala experiència amb el servei, ja que al entrar ens ofereixen 4 aperitius diferents (copa de Martini, copa de cava, mojito )...sense dir-nos que no entrava amb el preu del servei , que era un extra el qual ens em adonat a l'hora de pagar, ja que de 25 euros que valia el menú (amb vi peleó -de tetrabrik, però reomplint una botella de vi bo, per enganyar al comensal), ens cobren 70 euros pels dos menús. Diem que això no era , que era 25, i de molt males maneres un home gran que no se si era l'encarregat, ens ha dit que nosaltres havíem demanat l'aperitiu (a part que ens volien colar també una ampolla de vi que no havíem pres per 10 euros). En començat a discutir amb ell, i amb un cambrer el qual ens ha aixecat la veu tot alterat. Ells diran que nosaltres havíem demanat l'aperitiu, però la realitat és que la noia, la qual d'una manera racista el personatge grassonet que ens estava dient que estàvem equivocats, ens ha dit que la cambrera que era rumana (a mi l'origen de la cambrera m'és igual (són persones com tothom i el tema no era aquest) ens havia ofert el servei d'aperitiu, i nosaltres dient que la manera d'oferir-lo ja sigut errónea. Després despectivament ha preguntat de quina nacionalitat era la meva parella..es a dir..continuava el to racista vers la gent que no ha nascut a Catalunya. Per cert...havia fet la reserva per email fa dies , em dinat allà a les 13.30 hora que vaig reservar, em pagat l'abusiu aperitiu (10 euros més) i a les 16 hores de la tarda anulen la reserva!jajaja...son la reostia!anem..mengem ..paguem..marxem...i a les 4 de la tarda ens anulen la reserva com per no deixar empremta de que havíem anat! Totalment ridícul i fora de lloc Per cert...el cambrer Moja (crec que és deia que es com l'anomenava la persona corpulenta que ens estava atossigant sense deixar-nos ni parlar , s'ha posat molt molt alterat, cridant nos i faltarnos al respecte. Total...una decepció amb el personal del Racó del Mar (a part, si menges a dins, al costat de la cuina, sents tota l'estona crits dels cambres als cuiners d'una manera bastant barriobajera. Això sí ..em dinat bé el que em demanat, les coses com siguin, el millor d'allà sens dubte són els cuiners, per això sap greu marxar amb aquesta sensació de que ens han volgut timar com els hi fan segurament als guiris, veient com ha sigut el servei i l'hora de cobrarnos (fins i tot una ampolla de vi que no havíem demanat). Compte al pagar....clients...reviseu bé el que us cobren i sobretot demaneu cada cosa que us vulguin encalomar si entra en el preu....O us volen posar coses que no volíeu.
