El Racó del Mar Opening Hours, Menu and Opinions

Positive experience: So a bad experience with the service, as upon entering we were offered 4 different appetizers (Martini glass, cava glass, mojito)...without telling us that it was not included in the service price, which was an extra that we realized when paying, since for the 25 euros that the menu cost (with cheap wine -from a tetra pack, but refilling a good bottle of wine, to deceive the diner), they charged us 70 euros for the two menus. We said that this was not true, that it was 25, and in a very rude manner an old man, who I don’t know if he was the manager, told us that we had ordered the appetizer (besides that they also wanted to charge us for a bottle of wine we hadn’t ordered for 10 euros). We started to argue with him, and with a waiter who raised his voice at us all upset. They will say that we had ordered the appetizer, but the reality is that the girl, in a racist manner, the chubby character who was telling us we were wrong, told us that the waitress who was Romanian (I don’t care about the waitress's origin (they are people like everyone else and that was not the issue) had offered us the appetizer service, and we were saying that the way it was offered had already been erroneous. Afterwards, she contemptuously asked what nationality my partner was, that is...the racist tone continued towards people who were not born in Catalonia. By the way...I had made the reservation by email days ago, I ate there at 13:30, the hour I reserved, I paid the abusive appetizer (10 euros more) and at 16:00 they canceled the reservation! Hahaha...they are the worst! We go..we eat ..we pay..we leave...and at 4 in the afternoon they cancel the reservation as if to leave no trace that we had been there! Totally ridiculous and out of place. By the way...the waiter Moja (I think that was his name, as the corpulent person who was bothering us without letting us talk was calling him) got very very upset, shouting at us and disrespecting us. Overall...a disappointment with the staff of Racó del Mar (besides, if you eat inside, next to the kitchen, you hear all the time shouts from the waiters to the cooks in a rather low-class way. That said...I ate well what I ordered, the best there are undoubtedly the cooks, for that reason it is a pity to leave with the feeling that they wanted to scam us like they probably do with tourists, seeing how the service has been and the time to charge us (even a bottle of wine that we hadn’t ordered). Be careful when paying....customers...check well what they charge you and especially ask for everything they want to charge you if it is included in the price....Or they want to give you things you didn’t want.
