Positive experience: Très bon hôtel sommes restés 15 jours et tout est parfait et surtout super propre. Le personnel est très gentil et a votre service 24h/24h. Le restaurant est pratique et bien fourni on trouve toujours pour se rassasier en produits frais. Les terrasses et la piscine sont super. Un petit bémol pour un 4 étoiles, pour le manque de fauteuil dans la chambre pour regarder la télé ainsi que le frigo devrait être compris.

Fantastic experience: We had a big room with 2 double bed and for our son they gave us double sofa bed. We booked in January direct at hotel web. Transfer is not possible to Barcelona Airport but only Girona from this particular hotel. To Girona Airport was the offer 15 euro/person. You can travel from Barcelona Airport to hotel with direct bus, have walk trough city or take cab. We traveled 2 adults and 2 kids. Saved big money to fly Vienna-Barcelona instead Vienna-Girona. Breakfast at 8 o'clock was a bit surprise. Well not so pleasant was 18 °C at the table. My pregnant wife was cold unhappy about it. We asked to do something about it and they offered to turn one A/C off so it does not blast the cold air direct at our table. Next morning we didn't bother at all. Despite the kids are wake from 7am and to "hold the horses" till 8am we were happy to enjoy "quite" (as the kids where eating) gaps on our holiday. Due to unusual cold weather in May the sea water was cold top 20°C in swimmingpool was cold as well, here I think to put some solarpanels to help isn't that bad idea. We catched cold in the end. A/C in room was used only couple of hours a day except sleeping time. We found everyday plantyfull to select from buffet as well buffet fast replenishment. Small queue for coffee but everybody's understanding made it comfortable. Non-compliance with non smoking policies at swimming pool, no-reservation of the sunbeds. I have seen towels already at 7am on sunbeds. As talking to receptionist, as I expected, this is a dream never come true. Well I know hotels where the towels were collected prior opening the swimming pool side. I would definitely visit again...

Fantastic experience: My Dad booked this hotel for 10 nights, the manager upgraded us to a duplex or deluxe room (I can't remember what it was called) but basically do not come here if you're a British citizen looking to get drunk every night. It's mainly for French & Spanish OAPs and the restaurants are mostly posh and literally everything is closed during the day. I gave 5 stars because there was nothing wrong with the hotel, it was lovely. If you are not any of that stuff then you might want to come here.

We started off flying with Jet2 with no issues whatsoever, we arrived at Girona and our taxi was waiting on us which was a very quick transfer about 30 mins. We arrived at the hotel and went to check in which did not take long although our room was not ready yet we put our luggage in the hold area and went to have a look we sat by the pool and were amazed with the view. The bar beside the pool faced onto the sea and had a gate to walk down fantastic. After lunch we got our room key and we were amazed up and downstairs with 3 bedrooms and also a sofabed and 2 bathrooms. The room was kept clean and tidy at all times by the amazing staff. The bartender's at the pool bar were fantastic and worked everyday we were there yet always happy and smiling. As were the staff in the bar inside. The hotel manager was often walking around and always saying hello. The location is amazing right on the beach and very close to the main Street with lots of shops and restaurants. The food was also good and being fussy I found something I could eat every night. Now saving the best to last the entertainers they were brilliant they got all 3 (9 yrs 11yrs and 14yrs) of our kids involved in the games and they had a ball especially our youngest so thank you Christian, Andrea and Coco for your great work. All in all a very lovely and relaxing holiday and we will be back in the near future.

Fantastic experience: Very attentive and nice staff. We touched the room with sea views as we asked, it has a good situation with respect to the shops, discos, etc. The free buffet was unbeatable. On Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays they put on displays for lunch and sangria lunch. Surely we will repeat.

Fantastic experience: Great hotel. Great rooms. Great food. Great staff. I was there with my parents and it was just one of the best vacations we have ever had and we will definitely be back. The location of the hotel is first class. Right on the beach and yet in the middle of the city. The beach is cleaned regularly and consists of gravel, which I personally find more pleasant than sand. In the city you can find a lot of small boutiques. Now to the hotel. The reception / entrance hall is large and inviting and the people at the reception are extremely personable. The rooms are neatly cleaned and cleaned regularly. There is a pool with lots of loungers, but these are always reserved with bath towels. But that is not a problem, as you can find some free loungers in the afternoon. We had booked indoor season, so I can't rate lunch. However, I can say that it was always varied both in the morning and in the evening. Sometimes it has pancakes, sometimes omelette, etc. And especially in the evening, the tables were always wonderfully set and the food beautifully decorated, so that the restaurant would definitely have earned a fifth star. Even in the evening you have the opportunity to sit outside and order cocktails or something similar at the bar. And the cocktails there are really first class. There are also some German-speaking employees, otherwise you get along wonderfully with English. All in all a great hotel and a wonderful vacation.
