Fantastic experience: A dream place ... after taking a walk along the road to Ronda in that heat, being able to cool off on these beaches and be able to eat or have a beer in the many bars or restaurants in the area is truly a luxury.

Fantastic experience: The chiringuito gets off badly in the reviews. The prices are a bit high, but the quality is right. Large portions, freshly cooked. The paella is good, as are churasco and patatas brava. Only the calamares were medium, probably frozen goods.

Positive experience: Very good restaurant, friendly and professional staff. Excellent dishes, whether for cuttlefish, squid or meats or very good salads. (In connection with our order). A small false note, for the watermelon for dessert which is served at room temperature and not fresh. Without forgetting the magnificent setting 30 m from the sea on the beach.

Fantastic experience: I'm giving 'The Sloop' a 5* review, I think the other negative reviews are very unfair. You're sitting on the sea front in a beautiful bay in Costa Brava, You have to expect to pay a little bit more for that privilege, and we went there expecting it. The service was fast and friendly, giving us enough time to view the menu whilst bringing soft drinks, we shared a salad which arrived promptly, It was a good size and more than just lettuce which was very good. I had the No.4 Burger which was a good piece of meat in a fresh bread bun with chips which were hot, which can be rare. My girlfriend had the Calamari which were small and clean, very good flavour and she enjoyed it a lot. We had the Zoe wine with the meal and carajellos to finish it off. Bill came to €72-ish, It's pricey, but we expected it and we were in no way disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Nice beach ... and worth the trip in winter.

Positive experience: Cozy tent to escape from the heat of the beach during the day and to eat a bite from the not too complicated menu in the evening. The burgers taste great and the beer too. The staff does everything to make you feel at home. Reason to eat there again.
