Negative experience: Firstly, we were really looking forward to eating here after a recommendation. The waitress was polite and attentive. The calamari was cooked amazingly. Unfortunately, from here everything went downhill; the mussels were dry, small, and lacking any taste. The scallops were also very disappointing. The halibut was not grilled well... the skin can be amazing when cooked correctly and the outer sections can be like a tasty gristle... sadly this fish lacked all of the above. We asked for a well-cooked veal & chips, and what arrived was an undercooked piece of flavorless meat, fat almost an inch thick... no taste at all, they did ask if we would like it to be reheated... Sadly, we asked for the bill and a percentage taken off the veal... the manager tried to dispute, but after this, we had to go through the whole meal, and it was extremely disappointing... we left with half a bottle of wine still in the bottle! The chips were also a sad affair. Home-grown tomatoes tasted like they had been prepared hours ago... ?? Really hope they sit down and try their own food... not before a restaurant opens but when in full operation, as the chef gets time to mother the food better.
