The weather in February on the Costa Brava is a mixture of situations: sometimes sunny, other times foggy, from time to time storms, or we can even find snow or hail. Although it is not a good time to sunbathe on the beach, it is a good time for tourism: the maximum temperature is 15ºC and the minimum is 2ºC, although the average fluctuates around 13ºC, with a bit of wind normally. The humidity in February hardly bothers.
The rain during this month is not a problem for tourists since it usually rains very little, about 4 days a month.
During this month, the average daylight hours per day is 11 hours. During the day you can wear only one piece of clothing, but at night you should dress warmly, since that is when it is coldest. Generally, the week with the most pleasant temperatures is the third. It would be a good time to visit Cap de Creus or the Medes Islands or even walk one of the famous Camino de Ronda that connects the towns of the coast.
The water temperature of the Mediterranean Sea is 13ºC.
