The reception is permanently open. You realize that for the staff (or owner) is not just any guest, but it is really very well taken care of. I do not think I have to mention that the room was very clean and tidy, because in my opinion this can be expected at any hotel, regardless of price. This expectation was fulfilled here anyway. If you go to party at night, the cleaning lady always came to very pleasant times, namely mostly between 16 and 17 clock. It would also have been nice to have (as we did to third) a duplicate key. In an emergency, but also an employee (or the owner) the room unlocked. I also wanted soap in the bathroom and maybe a plug in the sink, so the drain was always very loud. Unfortunately, the shower did not get that much water, as it's known in Germany, but I think that's because of Spanish conditions anyway. Besides, the door handle to the bath was quite loose; you could not close the door anyway. Otherwise there is really nothing negative at the hotel. A lock for the safe you can borrow for 20 € / week (plus 10 € deposit) at the front desk. In retrospect, I would also have enough confidence in the staff, as I do not think that something is stolen. All in all, I am very satisfied with this hotel and am of the opinion that my criticism would not justify the withdrawal of a star in my rating, because that's really complaining at the highest level. If I visit Lloret de Mar again, I will definitely consider this hotel.
