Fantastic experience: Excellent hotel with a family atmosphere. We liked everything - starting with the location overlooking the main seafront with plenty of eateries and a stunning beach. Food is served with lots of choice and a fantastic presentation. Even a fussy eater will be spoiled. Our room was cleaned every day with supply of clean towels. The transfer from the hotel was done smoothly and we didn't have to worry as our flight was in the middle of night. The beds have memory foam mattresses. There is a spectacular view from the roof and a small pool, lovely deckchairs and even a small gym. We definitely will be back. Thanks a lot we had a brilliant holiday.

There was a small problem with some party animals on our floor but that was dealt with immediately and not tolerated by the hotel staff. The ONLY thing I'd say is we didn't have a bin in the room which meant it got quite messy with our rubbish. But other than that I would most definitely recommend this hotel, we really enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic experience: We stayed at this property for 4 nights and overall had a great stay. The room was clean and very reasonably priced, the breakfast was plentiful, great location, lovely rooftop pool, and the staff is VERY nice, especially the lovely woman who works in the evening. If I were to return I would probably splurge for an ocean view room vs a wall, but Lloret is kind a crazy town at night and it could be noisier facing the street. I booked the half board (included breakfast and dinner) and was definitely not happy with the dinner. It wasn't a huge price difference, but when I tried to contact the company I booked through they would not credit me the difference even though we only ate dinner one night. The hotel would have been more than happy to change the booking, but since the room was booked through Tripadvisor they could not modify it. There are so many great dinner options in Lloret I would not recommend booking the half board rate. From now on I will be booking directly through the hotel vs TripAdvisor as they were simply not helpful in changing a simple request.
