Fantastic experience: Currently staying here, first night, this is labelled as a 4* hotel but I wouldn’t even give this 0.4, the room we paid for is not the room we got, absolutely nothing like the photos, the room was absolutely filthy with bugs and inadequate bedding, we told staff on the reception who didn’t seem very interested and after some time arguing the fact the room is inhabitable the staff reluctantly gave us a key to a new room(which was also nothing like the room we paid for in the photos) on arrival to the new room we discovered the room was a bit cleaner but the bed sheets were ripped, already frustrated we went and told the lovely receptionist again about our problem to which she just shrugged her shoulders, we asked if she could arrange for a cleaner to change our sheets whilst we went for our lunch, we came back to discover nothing had changed and there will be no cleaner avaialabe until tomorrow morning so we’re having to make do with disgusting, ripped and outdated bed sheets, I have never encountered such rude staff in my life, as of yet ON THE BEACH have not helped us in any single way, our holiday has been ruined and we honestly can not wait to just go home, if you’re thinking of booking this hotel DONT!

Fantastic experience: We stayed with the family at the end of February 2019 at the Hotel Don Juan and we enjoyed the various services of the hotel.
