Fantastic experience: When we arrived on sunday night our travel-agency has send us to a closed hotel (same group). Ofcourse no-one from our travel-agency was reachable by phone our email. The friendly staff at H-Top Royal Star & Spa was kindly welcoming us to their hotel, no questions asked. Then (a few days later) it turned out our travel agency has made another mistake (wrong dates) but this also was no-problem for this hotel, they solved it with our travel agency, we didn't have to pay anything. We stayed for 4 nights in a nice room (big tv!), clean and cosy. All the buffets where well-stocked and plentyful. When we come back to Llorett, we would like to stay again in this nice hotel.

Location: it is about 15 mins by walk to the beach. There is some supermarket around the hotel. We would go back, it was a great experience for us to stay in the hotel.
