As for the variety, which I have read some negative opinion, it is more than enough. For example, every day there is a different type of rice (they have gotten the hang of it, it's really good), different types of pasta, pizzas, and then more elaborate food such as meat or fish in sauces (salmon in cava, spectacular!). There is also a veggie and healthy food corner, with salads, potatoes of different kinds, etc. If you are celiac, you will not have a problem eating either. And of course, they have a show cooking or live meal, where they make you grilled fish or meat at the moment. On Fridays they have a Catalan themed dinner, butifarras, bread with tumaca, white beans, Catalan cream, etc ... I have been in many 4-star hotels and this may be one of the best regarding the buffet, which is certain is which is in my top 3.
