Fantastic experience: We had a lovely time at La Comuna. The location is very close to everything historic in Girona while also easily accessible to the city car parking lot. This makes getting out of town easy. It is also close to the bike greenway northern segment meaning it is very easy to access safe and protected cycling. Also it is within walking distance to Val Sant Daniel a large network of hiking trails. Besides the perfect location, the rooms are very comfortable for a longer stay. We were here for 10 days and the in-room clothes washer, and full kitchen meant we had all the amenities of home and comfort. Not only are the rooms comfortable but they are also beautifully decorated and you feel surrounded by history with the exposed old stone walls. The cafe onsite has delicious coffee and a wonderful selection of pastries and prepared food items. We ate there almost every morning of our visit. Finally the management is very attentive to your every need, responding within moments of any request sent via text. We loved our stay here and would highly recommend.
