Fantastic experience: Amazing apartments, so spacious and clean. Seen other reviews about the busy location but we didn't see any issue with location. Didn't hear any noise from traffic or people. Rooftop pool was amazing my kids loved it and we could use their other hotel's pool across the road. We would 100% recommend.

Fantastic experience: On a major traffic intersection next to a petrol station so yes it's noisy, what else would it be. Rooms in the apartment large, clean and well equipped kitchen. Pleasant little balcony. 3 big bags of towels changed 3 times in a week. Pool on roof fine and a few pissed Brits just like home. Staff were friendly all in all a good base we felt for exploring Catalonia.

Fantastic experience: Just come home from 10 days at Condado, and can’t wait to go back. The apartment was spacious, we had a 2 bedroom apartment, and welcomed the extra space from the one bed apartment. It was clean, well equipped, and perfectly situated over a supermarket where prices and stock was competitive. Lidl is just up the road, but we only shopped there once, and found what we wanted on the doorstep. The other supermarket across the road was also great. Staff at Condado were lovely, and we especially took to Fatima who was always on hand and nothing was too much trouble for her. The beds were amazing! So comfortable and bedding crisp and white. The pool area was clean and with ample sun beds so you never had to get up early putting towels out. The sunbathing area was huge, with some sheltered spots lower down. Towels were provided and changed regularly. There were even towels for the pool, so saves on luggage weight. I really couldn’t fault the apartments at all, and we will be back as soon as possible. However, the staff is exceptional, and there is a fenced and secure parking available for €8.50 per day. Fantastic experience: Just back from girls trip. First stayed here 36 years ago and didn't disappoint. Clean, tidy and spacious apartment. Fatima the head housekeeper was lovely and very welcoming/friendly also Tony on reception was the same. Helpful too. Didn't get the guy's name who was on reception Tuesday morning but he was great too. There was one miserable guy who needs to change his job cause he wasn't a people's person. Had great food at Al Rancho and great cocktails at Scooters and El Pub, booked already for next year.

Fantastic experience: Staff were polite and gave good service. Apartment was large, clean, and very well equipped. Towels and loo rolls were replaced regularly. Rooftop pool area was clean and nice (it was very quiet at this time of year). Use of the adjoining Costa Encantada hotel was a real bonus as it had things for my kids to do there. A few small issues with noise from another party but was dealt with by reception when we complained, and a problem with the door lock was fixed the same morning. Overall this was a great base for a self-catering holiday in Lloret / Fenals as close to everything and some great restaurants etc. nearby. Remember, you get what you pay for and at this price point and being 2 star I cannot complain at all. Thanks.

The apartment for 6 people has two bedrooms with two single beds and built-in wardrobes with hangers, a bathroom with a shower, and the kitchen and dining area are quite spacious. The sofa bed in the living room is very uncomfortable as a sofa. The worst part is that the TV has no AV, you won’t be able to connect any HDMI input because it doesn’t recognize it. There is a pool on the roof of the building. The reception staff is very nice. The only problem is that in the bathroom, which has a shower cabin, there was an unpleasant smell coming from the drainage. On the ground floor of the building, there is a supermarket.
