Shared rural house with the owners, they live in the back part, they are kind and correct. The house has everything you need, it is clean and well kept, heating (there is no fireplace), air conditioning, TV, wifi, well-equipped kitchen, fire alarm (there is no extinguisher), barbecue, swimming pool, small garden with a small pool, all in a very quiet place, no noise, rural area but very close to Girona, there are beautiful places to see like the gorgs, it is in a very lonely place, in the nearest village there is no shop, you have to bring everything you need.

Indeed, the property is shared with the owners, who live upstairs, as detailed on our website and the profiles of booking platforms. But there are no common areas. The owners access through the back of the property. The fenced front garden, with all its amenities, the parking, and of course the accommodation, are for the exclusive use of the guests.
There are two fire extinguishers located in the hallways of the rural accommodation, one in the dining room access and another in the back room hallway, in front of the two bathrooms' door. They are marked with their corresponding information panel. They are inspected annually and re-labeled when necessary, according to regulations.
Despite the tranquility of the area where the rural tourism is located, we are situated 5 kilometers from the center of Sant Gregori, with 4 medium-sized supermarkets and other artisanal businesses, and 7 km from the city of Girona, with all kinds of shops and large stores. We have the Can Xifra Restaurant 200 m away, as well as other dining establishments nearby.
