We rented an apartment for 4 people to spend New Year's Eve. A 10/10 experience! Magnificent facilities and a beautiful environment. It has 2 BBQ areas, a pool, porches, a multi-use area, tables to eat outside in the space you want. It has all the comforts such as internet, dishwasher, heating and air conditioning, oven, etc... Positive experience: Beautiful old farmhouse with a nice pool. The owners were very friendly people. We also found the location good, outside but still close to Olot with shops and restaurants. The apartment was just small, very noisy, and had glass instead of walls 2.5 meters above the ground, which made the light from the living room shine directly into the bedrooms. Furthermore, we felt that the apartment offered very little privacy and peace, as there were several apartments in the house and the walls were very thin. Additionally, there was 1 apartment for about 15 people. Therefore, there was always a lot of activity at the house and in the pool, and the house did not provide the quiet that we had expected.
We are very sorry that your stay does not meet all the expectations. In summer, when most people go on vacation, it is normal to find places full of people; if you are looking for tranquility, we recommend looking for more isolated places and renting the whole complex only for a family.
With regard to the light entering the rooms, it is easy: you just have to lower the blinds and solve the problem, since you were in the apartment that has a large window. Thank you so much.
