The living room had a separate large balcony with sea view. As the building is equipped with several elevators, I recommend requesting a room starting from the 6th floor. From there you have the nicer sea view over the adjacent pine garden. The living room is beautifully furnished with antique Spanish furniture. A couch, two armchairs, coffee table, TV with all German channels, a sideboard with many compartments, and a storage wall with plenty of space for daily items and enough nice dishes for 6 people and a dining area for 6 people. The space is generous with plenty of freedom of movement. The kitchen is quite small but offers everything you need to cook and prepare good meals. It is very well equipped with all utensils. A gas stove with oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, and enough pots, pans, and small cooking and frying items greatly pleased me. I, as a passionate cook, missed nothing in this kitchen to serve a good meal. Next to the kitchen, there is a kind of laundry room with a large basin and washboard for washing clothes and a dryer with clips. The large balcony is furnished with seating for 6 people. The bathrooms are sufficiently large, newly modernized, and both have a WC, shower, and sink. No windows, but with well-functioning ventilation. The apartments are in a large residential complex where mostly locals live or Spanish people from Barcelona own holiday apartments and spend their weekends. The close proximity to the beach makes these apartments very popular. You really live right by the beautiful beach amid Spanish culture. It was simply wonderful to experience Spanish life so closely. Additionally, there is a supermarket just around the corner, many restaurants, and plenty of recreational options. The Condal apartment complex is very centrally located right on the waterfront not far from the center (5-minute walk). Blanes is an ideal starting point on the Costa Brava for sightseeing in Barcelona, as there is a good train connection. Many trains run daily from Blanes station every half hour to the beautiful city of Barcelona from 5:00 AM - 12:00 AM for very little money.
