Forn,cuina de gas,microones,torradora,tetera,cafetera,braç robot,nevera,TV,assecador cabell,ventiladors, calefacció i wifi. Només sortir per la porta hi han les dues piscines ( 1 normaleta de 1'10 i 1'80 al fons. L' altre piscina és per nens ben petits). Zona ajardinada al voltant amb tumbones i zona amb mobles de jardí amb toldos,a la nit iluminada molt xula. També al costat de les piscines una zona infantil. Zona de barbacoes de construcció tot i que cada apartament disposa de la seva barbacoa,petita amb rodes que es més que suficient. Cada apartament te una taula amb cadires a l'exterior. un sorrall gran amb caseta i gronxadors i al costat un camp de futbol,una pista de tenis,una zona de gespa enorme molt xula. El lloc és molt tranquil tot i tenir la carretera de Vilopriu a tocar. A 15 min de L' Escala i al voltant teniu poblets xulos per visitar i fer excursions.
