Our guests were thoroughly impressed, as were we. The only downside was that we couldn’t hire him for the whole time we were in Spain because he was already booked the last 3 nights we were there. If you’re thinking about hiring Francesc, I would recommend you do it ASAP before his schedule fills up!!
