The activities were very good. The monitors were great and organized by very correct and communicative leaders. However, the facilities are not very suitable. No elevator, doors of the rooms with old locks, the bar was not open, so drinks were either from the vending machine or the supermarket (they did provide an industrial refrigerator for customers to store drinks if we brought them from outside). The location is Palamos, a very beautiful place that combines tranquility and partying, depending on what you're looking for. The disappointment is that when you hear 'Colònies Rosa del Vents', you expect a House or Masia given the advertising they do and the years they have been in business, but no. It is located in an industrial area and was complicated to find. For the snorkeling activity, which you know you will enjoy being on the Costa Brava, there was a material problem, too few vests, and with large groups, a long waiting time and little time doing the activity. The area where it is done is a rocky beach (unless you wear suitable footwear, it's hard to get into the water, and that material is not mentioned on the website (a mistake). The best part was the monitors, polite, friendly, and communicative young people. The menu is complete, even with snack time, but the buffet is scarce, with little elaboration or precooked dishes. Maybe the kids like pasta and pizza, but the parents are not convinced by the low quality.
