Entrantes fríos: Una ensaladita verde y calçots. De sabores agradables y frescos. Los calçots sorprenden. Un 7,5 y un 8,5 respectivamente. PLATOS PRINCIPALES Bacalao: No es un pescado que aprecie especialmente pero estaba muy rico, algo salado pero tratado y cocinado al punto y conjugaba perfecto con el resto de acompañamientos. Un 8. Arroz: Tiene un suplemento de 7€. La mejor definición son intenso y sabroso. Al punto de cocción, mucha intensidad de sabores y mimo una ración más que decente que no te deja con ganas de más. Para mí un 9 este plato, la vieira perfecta. Filete: El plato estrella, en mi opinión un pelín de más hecha pero no es crítica sino gusto personal que no resta en absoluto, todos los sabores con mucha intensidad y potencia, una ración perfecta para cerrar los platos calientes y con mucho sabor. 9,5, no puedo decir más. Entre platos te ofrecen diferentes panes: masa madre, semillas y coca de Oli este último espectáculo. Postres: Pedimos los dos postres para probar. El de chocolate correcto, muy buen trato del producto pero quizás lo más flojo de toda la noche, rico pero no despunta en nada. El ruibarbo. Simplemente excelente, todo perfecto, el yogur muy bueno, el helado, los frutos, el pa de pessic y la acidez del ruibarbo es una combinación que cada cucharada es disfrutar, creo que como postres es simplemente un 10 y no son fan de los frutos rojos. Terminas con un par de bocaditos de pastel que son realmente ricos. El punto para terminar más que satisfecho. NOTA GLOBAL: 9. Por precio, raciones, sabores y calidad de producto. El servicio, el local y la experiencia, es un precio más que correcto, cerca a una experiencia culinaria de alta cocina sin tener que dejar medio sueldo para una ocasión especial o darte un capricho un par de veces al año es una opción que no duele pagar.
