Positive experience: I give it a 3.5. We had a fairly decent time at Tent Lloret de Mar. It was our first time in Spain. The unlimited brunch is a fair deal given the variety provided. The location is great, stellar actually. Now, on some days the rooms were not cleaned - 2 out of our 7 day stay. The kitchen staff is unwelcoming, and there’s a female receptionist (not Natalia who was absolutely lovely and always came to our aid) who is severely unhelpful and with a sour bedside manner. Also, while sitting in the lounge area on Saturday and Sunday night we noticed A LOT of people who aren’t guests coming in and out unchecked. We found it a bit strange.

Positive experience: Good place overall, if what you're looking for is a decent hotel. It's an old building that has been painted and modernized, the check-in system is automatic so you have little contact with the staff (who, by the way, didn't speak Spanish very well). Positive experience: I rate the stay well. The off-season price/performance ratio is satisfactory. Positives: The hotel location is excellent, right in the center, 5 minutes from the beach. Directly across from the hotel are 3 snack shops. Check-in is at 3:00 PM, but we arrived at the hotel before 2:00 PM and the room was already ready. Check-out is until 12:00 PM and breakfast until 1:30 PM, which is great. The size of our room was comfortable. From the balcony, we had a view of the pool and could also see the sea. The TV with Chromecast connection and the wifi worked great. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel does not have its own parking, but there is a paid monitored parking right next to the hotel (30 EUR per day); however, the lady at the reception advised us to park on the street near the bus station (about a 5-minute walk) for free. I was thrilled with the available gluten-free packaged bread at breakfast, both savory and sweet versions upon request. Daily towel change. Negatives: The hotel has paper-thin walls! Incredibly noisy hotel, you can hear everything from guests in many nearby rooms. Saturday night was completely sleepless because of the noise from guests returning from the bars in the early hours. The WC is in a 'closet', with no ventilation in this bathroom, so the whole room was stuffy. Cleaning and cleanliness could be better, there were repeatedly black hairs/hairs on the bed upon arrival after cleaning, towels were not sufficiently washed. The room lacks hooks. There were no chairs or drying racks on the balcony. Brunch is an average breakfast (sufficient). I recommend earplugs and a plug-in repellent/raid; there were many mosquitoes (even during the day).

Fantastic experience: I had the opportunity to spend a few days in this hotel. The impressions after the stay were very good, the rooms very clean, the service super nice, the breakfasts very good. A big plus is that breakfast is from 7 to 13:30, you can go at whatever time you want. Prices at the hotel bar are quite okay, for example, beer is 2.50. There is no hairdryer (available in the lobby for a deposit of 20 euros), the pool is very clean, the only downside is the lack of soundproofing, you can hear everything the neighbors say and do, I will gladly return.

Positive experience: My experience has been good. Upon arrival, I was attended by a young and very pleasant girl. We are a young couple but we wanted tranquility and we had it. The rooms are perfect for spending the night, with everything necessary for a comfortable and normal stay (no luxuries, for that you pay for a 5-star), the common areas are quiet and clean, and the pool is a nice place. The breakfast is perfect for a good breakfast; for those who complain that it is scarce, I honestly don't know what they eat at home. Positive experience: Stay in a standard room with a view of the indoor pool: The room was not very clean upon reception (hairs and dust), and the space was very limited despite the charming and well-decorated common areas. The pool only gets sun in the afternoon, so it was not easily usable. The provided brunch consisted of low-quality food, but it met the hygiene standards expected in a hotel. Positive experience: At first, we were very surprised by the hotel, we saw that there were a lot of young people, so we thought it would be difficult to sleep and then, the decoration, so minimalist.... but with everything necessary. We thought we wouldn't be comfortable, but it was the complete opposite. The service was super attentive and friendly, everything very clean, very updated with new technologies. You can open the door from a mobile app. You have chromecast on the TV, so you can watch whatever you have on your mobile, and series and movies, etc. And it's a very safe place, I forgot my backpack and they found it and returned it to me. If I had to mention something negative... In the shower, there's a lack of a shelf for products, although they have a soap dispenser. And finally, I missed a place to put the suitcase that wasn't the bed. There's no parking, nor is there a discount for being a customer. An interesting detail is that even though there's no hairdryer in the room, you can 'rent' it for a deposit of €20, which you obviously get back when you leave. Other than that, we are very happy, I totally recommend it.

Positive experience: An ideally located hotel, just 3 minutes walk from the beach. Warm and caring welcome from the staff :) We were traveling with Voyage Privé where we were in an 'upgraded room', with pool view. Indeed, we could see the pool, but turning our heads well through our small 40 cm long window! No balcony. Ultimately, being somewhat out of the way allowed us to be quite peaceful, but the room was tiny: mirror stuck to the bed (impossible to look at yourself), huge TV stuck to the bed on the other side (we had to bend down to access the nightstand) - wet clothes from previous guests found in our room. Cleaning is done daily on request, and the bathroom is quite decent. We were lucky with discreet neighbors all week, except for the last two days with partygoers. It's true that it's poorly insulated, what a pity for this hotel... mandatory earplugs!!! It's a shame the security doesn't patrol the hallways at night, but partying and partygoers are also part of the business in Lloret de Mar ;) It's possible to go back for brunch several times in the morning, the buffet is classic but the staff ensures that you don't lack anything :) And indeed, it's more of a wading pool than a swimming pool, so it's better to take a dip at the beach ;)

Positive experience: Perfect location in a lovely hotel that seems to have been just renovated. Pool area is lovely and a comfortable area to relax. It is a complete sun trap and gets very warm in the early afternoon. However, the towels seemed to not be cleaned properly with some stains on them and the clean down of the room is only getting new towels. The staff on a whole were very rude and we saw someone get shouted at for sitting at the wrong table. Cleaning staff were friendly and smiley. The food needs a review of its own. It was horrible. The hot food isn’t kept warm and the cold food is barely kept refrigerated. The pastries had mold on them most days and made the table next to us gag and have to spit it back up. My partner got food poisoning from the deli meats on the second last day of our holiday and spent the last 2 days getting sick. Now on most days we managed to get a breakfast out of certain items but being very careful on what we picked as it didn’t seem that they had food safety as a priority. The staff in the restaurant were the worst. They are very loud banging plates and cutlery around and god help you if you got in their way. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything happening in the rooms around you but not enough to keep you awake. Overall it was an alright experience. Grand for a cheap budget holiday if you can overlook these things.

Positive experience: All in all good hotel. There is an open Buffet from 8:00 Am till 1:30 Pm. A small fitness room with a bench, a pull-up Bar, and free weights up to 10kg and plates up to 20kg. Fantastic experience: Everything was absolutely great. The location of the hotel in the center, a few steps from the main street and the beach. At night, there was no noise from the street. The rooms were clean and tidied up every day. Perfect brunch until 1:30 PM, when we could visit it repeatedly. Positive experience: Best thing is the location. Food at breakfast was awful and we went out almost every morning to eat. Understaffed and the same member of staff had to work reception as well as tending bar. This meant when by the pool it was easier and faster to cross the street and get a drink than to get served at the bar. Positive experience: Brilliant hotel brunch is such a good idea, hate having to get up early to have breakfast so this is a perfect idea for us. However, a couple of chairs on the balcony would make the room so much more usable when the sun is shining. Positive experience: The room was clean, but the first thing we had to do was fix the glass shower door as it was falling out of the frame. We paid extra to have a room with a balcony and to our surprise, there were no chairs or table on the balcony. No chairs in the room either, so I guess if you want to sit on the balcony, you sit on the floor. I have never stayed at a hotel with a balcony without there being any chairs. The pool is small but nice, unfortunately it was spoiled by a noisy family with kids who took over by jumping in the pool and having their inflatable in it. Not that surprising, but there was a sign saying no inflatables. We were there during low season, so I can't imagine what it would be like at the height of summer. The breakfast/brunch buffet was extensive but definitely quantity over quality. On the last morning, the cleaning lady just walked into our room as we were still in bed.

Positive experience: Good and affordable hotel right in the city center, everything is reachable in a few minutes, even the beach is no more than a 10-minute walk away. Disadvantage: if you get a room in the middle of the shopping arcade, it can be quite noisy until 11:00 PM, so better keep the window closed. Advantage: the windows are very new and well sealed, so there are no disturbing noises from outside. A downside: the toilet door is a sliding door. Positive experience: The hotel is situated in the middle of the town and is an ideal location. The pool is very nice and the staff are very attentive. The bar has cheap drinks and is cheaper than most bars. The food offered was very repetitive and only one meal changed per day. The mattress in the rooms was extremely uncomfortable and made it very hard to sleep. The air conditioning barely worked and the room was always warm. The balcony was covered in cigarette butts from others throwing them off their own balcony. We had asked for a pool view when booking, but were given a street view which was very loud. When changing rooms in the morning it took a long time and the staff didn't fully know about the change made the night prior. We paid for a late checkout of 8 PM and on three occasions the cleaning staff came into the room telling us they had to clean and we were supposed to be gone. I think there was little communication between the reception and cleaning staff as we were also asked at 6 PM to leave and had to show proof we paid to stay later. The hotel is not well ventilated and there is no air conditioning in reception, only a few fans which face up. Overall, I am not sure I would return unless a few changes are made, e.g., mattress, A/C.

Positive experience: The hotel is beautiful and modern, the room was clean upon our arrival, the cleaning ladies are nice, and the room was regularly cleaned, although I noticed that under the beds was never cleaned, which is where all the dust accumulates. Additionally, the shower only has a half-door, so the water spills everywhere in the bathroom; the balcony is empty, with no chairs or anything, there is no closet to store our belongings, just shelves, and there is no rug in the bathroom, they just give you a towel for the floor, which I find is not enough. Then, the pool is shallow and small; I find it almost useless (I never went there). At breakfast, there is a lot of variety and it is delicious, around 11:30 there is even a lunch, but watch out for those who don’t eat meat because there will be nothing for you apart from fries or pizzas. Compared to everything I could see in the reviews, the air conditioning works very well, you can adjust the temperature as you wish. A huge drawback of this hotel is the neighborhood, which I find noisy with music from 11 PM to 1 AM and those who come shouting in the hallways. The walls are way too thin; you can even hear people coughing, it's excessive. There is no parking, so if you have a car, you will struggle to park; we had to park further away in our case. Otherwise, in conclusion, I still find the hotel acceptable and well-located.

Fantastic experience: Hotel located in the heart of Lloret, just a few steps from the nightlife and a 5-minute walk from the beach. Not really suitable for me for a few days of relaxation, but very welcoming for young customers (18/20 years old). It has a pool and bar. Clean rooms, very polite reception staff, and breakfast that 'lasts' until 1 PM. All in all, it was a good experience for 4 days. I gave it 5 stars imagining I was 18.

Fantastic experience: The hotel is really great. The location is superb, just two minutes to the beach and most clubs, but far enough away to have peace at night. The service was more than good for a 3-star hotel. The reception was always staffed, and help was received immediately. Also, for the price, you couldn’t complain about anything in the rooms. The breakfast was great too, with a buffet until 1:30 PM, so it’s also for those who like to return later in the evening and need a little time to get going. Large shower, balcony, and TV, they looked exactly like in the pictures. And the most important thing is that they were always clean. The pool was, of course, one of the highlights since the sun was over it all day. There’s also a small gym here, but unfortunately, we had other things to do. We, as young girls, found the hotel optimal, especially if one is looking to party. Short visits from friends were also mostly tolerated. All in all, it was a lucky choice with the hotel, especially after the reviews from the end of May. We will book it again next year.

Positive experience: The best part was the breakfast. I am celiac and everything containing gluten was kept in a separate area from the rest (bread, pastries, etc.). They gave me gluten-free bread and cookies and I was able to eat practically everything else. The pool area is very quiet, it doesn't feel like a family hotel but rather for couples and groups of friends. The location is very good. It is worth mentioning the very responsive staff, there was a mistake with the room and they resolved it immediately. Some rooms have a peculiar layout. Overall, we had a very good stay.

Fantastic experience: After reading recent reviews we weren’t sure what to expect, but the hotel after recent renovation is really nice; rooms are very clean, facilities are great, breakfast/brunch served until 1:30 pm with unlimited good choice of foods/drinks, location is central to everything, it’s a 3-minute walk to the strip and a 7-minute walk to the beach. There are shops all central to the hotel. The pool's not very big but it’s clean. Staff are friendly, some more helpful than others, the lady with the blonde hair at reception is very efficient and helpful. Clean towels are given daily. The whole hotel is decorated to a very high standard. I would definitely recommend and return. Ignore all the bad reviews on this place - it’s lovely!
