The mattresses were very firm but we slept on them fine. There were a lot of ants around because it is in nature and it is difficult to stop a few of them entering however we bought a 4€ trap which dealt with them effectively (something we think Kampoah could perhaps provide as standard). We do agree with previous reviews that the tents are situated too close to one another. You can't have your own space outside the tent which takes the shine off the 'glam'ping experience a touch.
