Excellent camping to spend a few days of relaxation. Everything is very well organized and you have everything essential to not leave the campsite.
It's important to emphasize that if you want to visit the city, you need a car, yes or yes.
Everything is very clean and the service is very good. Access to the beach is a nice touch.

It has been a wonderful experience from Diego's reception to the stay at the bungalow

Positive experience:
A campsite that has many accommodation options, from equipped cabins to renting space for tents. It has a common area with a mini supermarket, café/restaurant; a play area for kids with games, a pool with loungers, a multipurpose area with ping pong tables (you can ask for the balls, paddles or rackets there at reception). We were a group of 4 staying in a bungalow that was supposed to be for up to 6 people (who would sleep on the living room sofa) and the size is fine for 4, I wouldn’t recommend it for more. The kitchen is equipped with the basics so I recommend bringing a good knife, however, it doesn’t have an oven and the chairs at the kitchen island are so high that it’s uncomfortable to sit. Unfortunately, the 3 nights we were there, the workers passing by outside were shouting and waking us up. I think it must be because the walls were very thin. To move freely, you need the room card that the 3 deficient ones gave us and we had to request new ones. You can go directly to the beach. There is a restaurant right there as well, it gets quite crowded in peak season.

The place was completely renovated a little over a year ago and is very nice… the staff is proactive and strives to provide good service… everyone is very polite and helpful… the cove is a bit small, but very beautiful and has all the necessary services to have a good time… it has a restaurant and a supermarket with more than reasonable prices, so if you want you don’t even have to go to the village… although not visiting Tossa de Mar with it being so close is foolish… I hope you enjoy it as much as my family and I did.

Fantastic experience:
We stayed on a plot with the van. Bathrooms and showers very clean and well maintained. Facilities very well maintained with daily upkeep. Very pleasant staff and they know how to recommend very well what to do in the area. If I have to point out one downside, it's the wristbands, as they are made of paper and after a few days with the showers, beach, and pool, they start to get damaged; ours broke on the same day we checked out. It's a campsite to return to as soon as I can !!!

Fantastic experience:
It is a pleasure to be well in a campsite where you can't hear the neighbors' music. You only hear nature and everything is also very clean. It is also important to remember the safety that exists day and night around all the bungalows.

Fantastic experience:
We booked off-season (September) and the truth is that we are very happy with the stay. The cabins are nothing like the typical mobile home, super comfortable beds, huge terrace, and everything is very cozy. You park in a parking lot outside the premises and they take your luggage on vans for free, which means the camping site has no traffic. Additionally, you have a huge pool with sun loungers for many people. The pool has an area for kids where the water barely covers. What stands out the most is that you have direct access to Cala Pola from the parking lot, about 100 meters away. There is a small supermarket and a restaurant to eat there or to take away; we took some pizzas to go, and they were quite good (about €15 each). The atmosphere is very family-friendly, and you have the walking path that goes towards Tossa at the same cove. I totally recommend it, maybe the only point to take into account (it doesn't have to be negative) is that to access the camping, it's about a 10-minute drive with many curves, meaning that access is limited and it's not a place to go in and out, but rather to stay settled in the camping! They also have a place full of activities for children, with some very nice and involved entertainers in the activities. This is not easy to find!

Positive experience:
I was there in September, the campsite is beautiful, everything very nice, but it's a shame the swimming pool is not heated. It's so cold that no one dares to enter. Compared to other campsites that have constant cleaning service in the bathrooms, Cala Pola is a bit neglected.

Positive experience:
They call themselves a resort but they are far from that. It’s a 'want to but can’t'. Due to their location and accommodations, they could very well be a benchmark on the southern Costa Brava, but their lamentable service offerings and almost nonexistent dining options leave them far from that. But let’s start from the beginning.
First, this is the first time I have encountered the following hours: check-in at 5 PM and check-out at 10 AM.
Second, cars cannot enter, so they take your luggage to the bungalow. Up to that point, fine, but you must walk. Considering that the campsite is on a terrain full of slopes and unevenness, it is not the most suitable if you are going with a baby, pushing the stroller in the full sun without offering you any alternatives. Upon checking out, if you want them to take your luggage up (given the slopes, this is the most normal thing since you cannot access by car), you find out you have to reserve but no one explains this to you.
As for the bungalow (we stayed in the Tramuntana Skyview), it’s really nice, it’s what I liked most, overlooking the huge line of ants that greeted us in the morning scattered all over the countertop despite the fact that we didn’t leave any food. But, well, being in a natural environment, in the end, we are the ones who are in their habitat. The bungalow is new, comfortable, has everything necessary, and the terrace is great.
However, what really topped it all off was everything related to the services: at the supermarket, you can’t buy anything to cook because they have 4 things, but you also don’t have many options for lunch or dinner at the restaurants they claim to have. We went on a Saturday at 2:30 PM to ask if we could eat at the restaurant and they told us it was closed (I repeat: Saturday at 2:30 PM) but that we could order takeout. Limited variety: mediocre pizza at the price of any wood-fired pizza made in Italy. Only that you eat it in a cardboard box and cut it with a wooden knife, which only makes you laugh at how surreal it is. The burger doesn’t matter if you order it medium or rare: they will serve it however they feel like. And the best part: you ask for a mojito and 'surprise!' They don’t have it. It’s a bar. Mojitos are on the menu. But the response was, 'They haven’t brought us the ingredients.' Saturday in the middle of the season.
The only thing that saves it is the direct access to Cala Pola, very close. And its restaurant if you’re lucky it’s open. The last day before leaving, we went to the beach restaurant and really, even though they were overwhelmed, they served us very well and the food was tasty. We tried a tuna tartare that pleasantly surprised me at a fair price. So if you need to go to a restaurant at the campsite, you can skip the central one and go directly to the beach one: better price, better service, and delicious food.
I have nothing more to say, only that it’s a shame that such a beautiful place is so poorly utilized regarding services.

Positive experience:
Everything is great, but if I have to nitpick, it's that during the week they don't have any activities or anything at all, and I find that the schedules are adapted for foreigners... Everything is very clean, the bathrooms are very well adapted for children, and the workers' strollers should go down a bit more slowly on the camping streets as I find it quite dangerous. It wouldn't be bad to put a small cabin or something for the security guys at the entrance... Overall, we had a great time, just a shame about the weather.

Positive experience:
Camping in a spectacular environment, this is the second time we have been here (both in a plot... motorhome), from my humble opinion and things to improve...
-Plots with little shade
-Little animation, both for kids and adults (in August)
-Some more cleanliness in the bathrooms (in high season, August)
Pros:
-Very nice location and facilities.
-The variety of the supermarket is appreciated (keeping in mind that it is a campsite, not a shopping center)
-Friendly reception staff (at least those who dealt with us)
For the rest, I would recommend it and we will return.
P.S. We didn’t see any wild boar in the five days we were there :)

Positive experience:
A magnificent experience on the Costa Brava. We ate in a very nice bungalow. The campsite is very well prepared. I recommend it and it’s in a magnificent location. The only thing I could complain about is the girl at the take away window at the beach. The rest was magnificent.

Fantastic experience:
In August we spent a couple of days at Cala Pola. The place is beautiful, the camping is very nice and it has all the necessary services, the only thing we noticed as an area for improvement is that there seems to be a lack of staff. Despite this and all the work they had, they treated us very well. We would also like to thank two of the waitresses for the excellent service in the restaurant in the center, they were two Ukrainian waitresses who were attentive to us at all times, they were lovely. They helped us choose the dishes and were very kind and friendly. The food was very good and the cheesecake stole my heart. It has been a 10 out of 10 vacation and we will definitely return next year.

The campsite is nice and the cove is very beautiful but there are a lot of people. The worst part is the food, not a good breakfast, nor the food at the restaurants, the food is quite bad but you have no other option.

Fantastic experience:
This summer I decided to surprise my family with a campsite in a quiet and beautiful place and this campsite exceeded expectations. Everything was very clean and new, friendly staff, and the food at the restaurant was very good. I want to highlight the kindness and friendliness of the waiters and the humanity of the campsite management who treated us very well with some requests regarding a 4-month-old baby. We will definitely return!!

Fantastic experience:
The camping is between the mountains and the beach, to get to Tossa it takes about 20 minutes along the curves. Upon arrival, you leave your car in a parking lot to check in. When you are at the reception, the truth is that the girl who attended us was very nice and despite having made the reservation a day earlier, she tried to put the bungalows as close as possible. Once we had our cards, a little path comes to collect the luggage and takes it to the door of your bungalow, then you park your car in the parking lot. To reach the bungalow on foot there is quite a steep climb. But the bungalow is separated from one another, I loved that it was almost hidden by the vegetation it had, it was like having a little house in a tree. Everything was super new, very clean, all the utensils impeccable. The facilities were very clean. The pool has several ways to enter, kind of a slope (like at the beach), with stairs, or with large steps. The water was clean. What I would highlight is that people bring balls, rackets and play in the pool without taking into account that there are more people around, and you get hit by balls quite often (without anyone calling their attention). There are very cool children's areas that are very well maintained. The supermarket had a bit of everything and the prices of the products are not too high. The access to the beach is great since it's right next to your bungalow. Now I want to thank the fact that once we were settled in the bungalow, we saw that it was impossible for us to go up and down with the wheelchair, so we asked if they could give us a more accessible bungalow. They accepted without any problem and without changing the price. This bungalow was very spacious and everything was adapted for our needs. It's a rather quiet place. The activities were quite cool. The treatment of the monitors towards the children was great. Upon checkout, everything was great.

Positive experience:
Nice campsite located between the mountains of Tossa de Mar, crystal clear water, and the cove is beautiful, if you go before 9:30 you will be almost alone swimming and enjoying the beautiful views of the beach. The campsite is very quiet with 2 pools, one for adults which for my taste is somewhat small, and the other for children under 4 years old, the bungalows are very new and well equipped, we stayed 5 nights and luckily there was air conditioning. They have a beach volleyball court next to the beach, the activities of the monitors are a bit scarce, but well, they play music for quite a while.

Positive experience:
The Cala Pola campsite is quite good, but for me, it lacks in three areas:
1. The restrooms are a bit dirty (from 1 to 5, I give it 3 stars).
2. Almost all the plots have no shade.
3. There isn't even a football or basketball court, etc.
The good thing they have is the entertainment, a pool but without slides, and the beach. It has a supermarket, two restaurants, and you can buy chicken alast. The campsite is very beautiful, and they offer quite a bit of entertainment.

Positive experience:
I will start with the cons of this campsite where we stayed for 5 nights at the end of July. Cons: The most important: Parcel number 49 measures about 35 square meters, don't let them scam you like they did to us (I'll explain more details at the end of the post) If you are at the pool, the restrooms are too far away (especially if you go with small children) The bathrooms were not clean at 9:30 in the morning (since 10 pm the night before) and there has been a lack of paper on several occasions. I have only seen staff cleaning once. That said, the toilet paper: the best of all the campsites we have been to. While staying at the site, there are constant sewer smells that are very unpleasant. The pool is nice but has a rough interior with a lot of little stones, causing your feet to get scraped. The take away does not have a place to wait (a bench?) and the ice cream shop has no place set up to sit and eat ice cream. There is a lack of trash bins/ashtrays throughout the campsite. There is very little shade in the sites (in fact, we counted that only 5 or 6 have some shade) Some of the lifeguards were often looking at their phones, in addition to leaving their posts several times to go smoke. Pros The entertainment staff is the best thing we take away from the campsite: they deserve a 10. Very kind and friendly, taking care of the little ones in a loving way. The Mini club is spectacular (although it lacks some toys) The schedule of the miniclub is pure fantasy: 9:30-1 and 3-5:30. Wonderful to have some adult relaxation time. The bathrooms are hyper new and beautiful... But I don't quite see the hygiene with the wooden (or similar) slatted floors. And for nature lovers, there are spectacular bugs, the largest insects we have ever seen. Returning to the issue of the site, it was summarized like this: We arrived and upon seeing the site in situ I asked for a change since I saw that there were 5 free pitches. The girl at reception told me that the change was not possible due to some arrival and departure issues. I waited 30 minutes for the manager to come (it was 14:00, 3 kids in the car and a heat wave) and he told us the same, that there was no possible change. He proposed two things: 1) leave the car 15m from the site (unviable, because we go in a comanche and use it as a wardrobe), in the handicapped parking or 2) change us to another site on the condition that we return to N. 49 the last night. Both options are absurd. He also told us that if we wanted to leave, they would refund us all the money but how do I tell the kids that we are left without a vacation? In total, we set up the tent with precision and the comanche is attached to the tent and this in turn, is attached to the car. Not an inch wasted. I feel frustrated and angry and I ask for a complaint form (the first in my life) and take it to the site to fill it out. The next day a manager approaches our 'site' and offers us that, the next day, we can change sites. Really? She doesn’t know what it means to take down and set up! (although she offers the necessary staff to help us). Of course, we decline the 'offer' and continue with the complaint in which I only ask that they refund me the proportional amount for the lack of square meters, thus breaching the offer on their website and scamming campers like us. I edit the post to add that today, 3 days after leaving the campsite, I check my spam mail and find an email from management on the 30th (the second day of our stay) offering us to change to a bungalow! I replied to the email lamenting that this information was not communicated to us in person, as it is very likely we would have accepted the offer.

Bungalow very well equipped. Beds very comfortable. Poorly organized exits, long wait. They do not allow you to bring your car in to pick up your luggage. The camping restaurant is very expensive for the quantity and quality, a disgrace of a paella. The animation of the mini club for the kids is great! The small pool is very well designed and is made of saltwater. The supermarket is great but the prices are excessive, they make bread and more in the morning and afternoon and that is very good!

Positive experience:
Notable is the newness of the place, a charming site due to its location in a crystal-clear cove, family-friendly and quiet… the biggest downside we encountered, which we haven't seen in any other campsite, is the complication in emptying the potty which requires going outside the campsite to a machine, paying 2€ for it, and on top of that, it doesn't leave it clean.

The camping is very good. Good services, everything new, security, friendly staff, a lot of cleanliness, acceptable price in relation to what it offers, good location… For me, the bad thing is the 'destruction' they have done to the landscape with so many bungalows/cottages/etc. In proportion, there are hardly any camping plots.

We went in May 2024 and our stay was great. We rented a bungalow next to the pool. The cove is very close to the camping, just a 4-minute walk. The accommodations next to the pool are the best spot if you are going with family, as there are no stairs on the way from your little house to the beach, making it very easy to go with a family with a 4-month-old baby. The restaurant was acceptable, with good food. My 5-year-old had a great time with the activities they offered. Everything was renovated and comfortable. We will come back, but not during high season, as it gets crowded and isn't peaceful according to what we've been told.

Very large, well-kept and detailed camping site. Large pitches but without shade and with lots of wasps. Reception staff were unhelpful and had no information about the campsite. Only a specific toilet drain, we have to leave without emptying. The surroundings are worth it.

The camping was excellent, it made the whole family have an unbeatable week. Good pool, and very friendly staff. Especially, we liked the magnificent entertainer JC. Always attentive to the children, he made our week brighter with aquagym, beach volleyball, night football, etc. All the entertainers were good, but JC was on another level. He deserves a raise. XD (This last part is said by our son Hugo). The camping is in an incredible location, and tranquility can be felt. At night, silence and an amazing sky. The bungalows and facilities were in perfect condition and cleanliness. We don’t usually write reviews on Google, but in this case, they deserve it. I don’t think many negative reviews are fair. As a constructive criticism, I would say that the supermarket had little product variety and was a bit expensive, although Tossa de Mar is 8 minutes away by car. Thanks to all the camping team and especially to JC. If we can, we will return!!

For the high price you pay, they should offer reduced prices at the bar for customers. An iced coffee almost 3 euros, totally unfeasible. The security guard is a bit rude, stopping every day; having the card on the windshield clearly visible should be enough. The facilities are clean, and the pool is very nice, but with the destruction in the forest and hillside they made to build the camping and the hotel, it completely loses its charm.
Translated from Spanish
Positive experience:
The facilities are very new and well equipped, the beach is very welcoming as well as the pool. Prices are very high in restaurants, bars, ice cream shops, and supermarkets. The drainage system produces a constant bad smell. The forest has lost all its charm due to the overcrowding of apartments in the resort.

They opened recently (about 2 years ago) and it is really nice. It has direct access to Cala Pola and is very close to Cala Giverola. It also has a swimming pool, luggage carriers to take your luggage to where you are staying and when you leave to your vehicle. In addition, it has ping pong tables, an ice cream shop, a supermarket, a restaurant, and various activities. Overall, it seems they are off to a very good start and I would definitely return.

Positive experience:
The camping is clean and very nice, but in my opinion it is not worth what it costs, you cannot bring the car down, to leave I had to wait for a cart to be free the whole morning to carry luggage. They do not adhere to service schedules. Going to the beach with children is complicated as they have created access for people from outside the campground and there's barely any room if you enter; you can't even move. To have dinner, either you go at 7 PM or forget it because it's intended for tourists. I definitely won't be coming back.

The camping facilities are amazing, the order was very good. The staff varies a lot, some seem to be there just for summer work while others are very attentive. But speaking of cleanliness, my opinion is 2: in the tent they gave me, there was a USED condom and when I went to reception, the guy just said, 'I'm sorry' expecting me to clean it. AFTER 3 HOURS, they came to disinfect, which was all I wanted.

We went camping in a premium plot, very correct size with power outlet and water in the same plot. Very nice campsite with access to a private cove. The facilities are very good, but there are very few showers for all the plots available; we were told there were 100 plots and we only saw 4 showers, I don't know if there are more but well... Very nice and new pool (Pablo, I think, was the one in charge of the order and the pool gets a 10), supermarket with everything you need, ice cream shop. At night, you have a lot of fun, it’s the turn of the wild boar family and they destroy everything in their path and rummage through all the trash. They come in as if it were their home and even enter your gazebo without asking!!! The campsite says it already knows, but I don’t see a solution, and in the two nights we stayed, we had the wild boar welcome. Otherwise, everything is very correct.

The truth is that my experience at the campsite has been great. Beautiful and well-maintained facilities. The service was very quick and friendly; we had a problem with the fridge and within less than 30’ we had a new one. The bungalow was perfect and very nice, one of the best in terms of value for money. Definitely an excellent campsite in a special setting.

Positive experience:
A campsite with bungalows and new facilities, excellent cleanliness, the prices at the restaurant are a bit high, and the supermarket service is very good. The only downside is that since all the bungalows are up high, you have to take a good walk uphill every time you have to return to the accommodation, which prevents having good comfort.

Positive experience:
Beautiful place! New camping very well maintained. That said, terrible service! Although they were friendly, there weren't enough employees, restaurant closed because there were no waiters (there was only one place to eat with the whole camping full), miniclub closed on a Saturday morning. Ridiculous hours, everything closed at 6:00 PM or 7:00 PM on a summer weekend. Very nice pool (insufficient for all the people) closed at 7:00 PM in the heat of summer. We leave with a bittersweet feeling, having paid for a concept of glamping! With very few services!!

Positive experience:
We have previously been before the reopening and we miss that humble simplicity, but now it is an exceptional campsite in services. I would improve the entrance for vehicles, which is somewhat tight for motorhomes, there is no area for emptying motorhomes. We had the pleasant surprise of a bottle of cava as our visit coincided with my partner's birthday. Without a doubt, a great touch. The price is very reasonable. The supermarket has local fruits, vegetables, and meats at a very fair price. There is a takeaway with very family-friendly prices, PJ chicken at last for €12. The pool has two lifeguards, a water fun area for the little ones, and much more. Congratulations to the resort and its workers.

I give 5 stars because I can't give more. Incredible experience, from the landscape to the staff. Super clean, everyone very friendly, delicious food, and especially to highlight Lidia, the waitress at the café. Very nice and super professional and friendly. I won't look at any more campsites, we have fallen in love with the place and the staff, from the guy who brought us our luggage to the pool monitors… Just want to add that those of you who criticize the place so much, either haven’t gone out much or are just trying to cause trouble… Better that not too many people go, so it's calmer.

Fantastic experience:
Everything was fantastic, but the restaurant situation could be improved. Being Sunday, the Contrabande restaurant only allowed us to take food away. Thank you Svetlana for bringing us plates and cutlery. You have a wonderful employee, she should be appreciated.

Positive experience:
The facilities are very good, it's a shame that the restaurants are only halfway open..just takeout food, luckily, the attentive and helpful staff, Svetlana, provided us with dishes to eat properly. The dedication to service is exceptional, thank you very much Svetlana!!

Positive experience:
Fantastic camping in Tossa de Mar, located in the heart of the Costa Brava in a privileged spot, one of the best coves in this country... Cala Pola, a highly recommended place. It is much better to take a taxi in Tossa de Mar and have it drop you right in front of the beach.

Positive experience:
We booked a bungalow in the pool area and we liked it a lot. Everything was very new, great views, a beautiful cove, and during the time we visited, it wasn't overcrowded. We didn't try the dining options. It’s worth mentioning that the person who carried the luggage was lovely. As a downside, the playground leaves much to be desired; it doesn’t seem like a family-oriented campsite compared to others in the area. The check-out time (10 am) and check-in (5 pm) are also quite challenging.

It used to stamp well, now it is renovated and perfect

I give you a 5-star rating for the new campsite, it's all about well-being and very clean... It's been 52 years since we bought the little house next door and I've never seen it so beautiful.. Congratulations

Beautiful campsite and cove, everything new, very clean and well monitored, very good attention and understanding at reception. If I have to nitpick, it's the price of the bar restaurant.

Fantastic experience:
It exceeded my expectations. We stayed years ago at the Giverola apartments, and this time, we chose the bungalows, clean, with everything needed to cook. The staff was very friendly, from reception, children's animation monitors, cleaning... everything! It left us with a good feeling. Without a doubt, a place to return to.

Positive experience:
First experience in a camping. The location, aside from the curves (obviously to reach unique places you sometimes have to suffer a bit) is amazing! Cala Pola, a beautiful cove in Tossa de Mar. The space is huge and quite well distributed. We stayed in a premium Garbi bungalow (there are various options). It is true that to get there, you have to leave the car at the camping entrance (free parking) and walk, and depending on where you are, there's a good stretch with slopes and stairs. But as I said at the beginning, sometimes to get to unique places with movie-like landscapes, you have to cross difficult terrain. The reward comes when you see a new house, with all details (things that even 5* hotels don't have) and a terrace with spectacular views!!! At the end of the camping is the beach. It is not private, but it is true that mainly people staying there go since it is not easy to get there otherwise. Halfway between the entrance and the beach are the common areas. A super pleasant pool, supermarket with quite reasonable prices, Miniclub with activities at different hours, ice cream shop, bar, and restaurant (there's another restaurant on the beach with take-away food too). I can't comment on the gastronomic offer because we didn't make use of it; we just got a roasted chicken at the beach restaurant and it was acceptable. Overall, a beautiful place with well-thought-out services ideal for families. Now for the drawbacks: cleanliness does not stand out... during the stay I won't comment because it was only a weekend, but upon arrival there were things that shouldn't have been there. The reception is a bit tight. They don't answer the phone, slow, luggage handling a bit disorganized in terms of timing... but well, they've opened this summer and they have to refine things. The overall rating is good; it is a very pleasant place where you can tell the investment they have made, and we will definitely return.

Positive experience:
We stayed in a bungalow, very spacious terrace with great views. Everything very clean and well maintained. The location is great. And all the staff, including reception, maintenance, the restaurant staff at La Cala, and the security staff, were all very attentive and friendly. La Cala is beautiful.

Fantastic experience:
A beautiful campsite that opened this year, it has easy direct access to Cala Pola and is very close to Cala Giverola. Just 10 minutes by car from the town of Tossa de Mar. The campsite has a lovely pool, lockers, ping pong tables, a small supermarket, ice cream shop, and two restaurants that offer take away. The campsite feels like another little town, full of bungalows and pitches, and at the top, there is the hotel. They have loads of activities, for example, aqua gym, concerts at night… A luxurious stay!
Translated from Spanish
Positive experience:
As a campsite, we liked it quite a lot, the cleanliness was excellent, and most of the employees were great. My van's battery died, and a security worker (Mohamed) brought me a new one, for which I will be very grateful. There are a couple of things we didn't like; the first was that we wanted a cocktail, and the lady behind the bar didn’t want to make it, and another employee had to come and serve it to us. The second is worse... supposedly they have many security employees, two of whom, during the night, stopped in front of my plot, and they were there for about 1 hour and 25 minutes, joking loudly after midnight, making noise and not doing their job... that seems terrible to me, as one thinks they have security and they don’t. The next day we found out that in the parking lot someone caused damage to a vehicle, and with so many security guards, none saw anything (of course, they are sitting where the cameras don’t see them...)

Positive experience:
It's a pleasant campsite. It's very nice that it has a cove for swimming without needing to take the car. It has a children's area that is very cool, but compared to other campsites, the monitors could put in a bit more effort, they could make more out of it and have slightly more appealing activities, and extend the schedule for children's activities a bit more. The restrooms, bathrooms, and showers are very new and nice, but they need to be kept a bit cleaner. On the other hand, for the price they charge, they could have the dryers activated, as I put in a washing machine and none of the 2 dryers available throughout the campsite were active, they were out of service.

Positive experience:
The facilities and bungalows are very well maintained, clean, and equipped. Although there is an issue to solve with the ants, it is understandable that they are there since it is in the mountains, but if they bite you while you sleep, it is not pleasant; you couldn't leave any food on the table due to the same ant problem. They lack animation and should think more about people who are lactose intolerant (they didn't have plant-based drinks in the restaurants). The staff is friendly, although they lacked a bit of organization, especially regarding the transportation of luggage; they take a very long time because there is only 1 person doing the job.

Positive experience:
The facilities are new and it shows. They are very well maintained and very clean. The staff is very friendly. I don't give it 5* because when I went it wasn't fully booked and the pool and sunbeds were full, I can't imagine it being at 100% occupancy. On the other hand, I didn't like that we got the bungalow almost at 5 PM (and only because we complained) and we had to leave at 10 AM, and they didn't let us stay for the rest of the day inside the camping. It is very well located and has parking.

Fantastic experience:
Simply spectacular, a wooden house cared for in detail, very cozy, it had everything and the terrace was immense. The pool was very nice but with little depth for adults, as for the food I didn't eat in the restaurants but I heard good reviews. The stay was wonderful, the children's bathrooms were adorable and very clean, as was the rest of the complex, the little house was impeccable in every corner, perfect vacation! Also, they brought us a capsule coffee machine unexpectedly.

Fantastic experience:
When we choose accommodation for our vacation, we always look for a charming place and Pola Giverola has met our expectations.
To start, being located inside a mountain and by the sea with its own cove is AMAZING. The cove is ideal, although people from outside can also access it, it doesn't feel crowded. The water is cool and super clean.
The wooden bungalows are beautiful and they have taken care of the surroundings by allowing the trees to surround them. They were inaugurated in July 2022 and everything is new.
The atmosphere is very calm and family-friendly, you won't hear any noise after 10:30 PM which is appreciated if you want to rest.
The camping activities are mainly dedicated to children, the mini club has activities all day long and the kids make friends and have a great time.
There are 2 restaurants: one by the pool (very good) and another at the cove that prepares takeout food. There is also a shop, the prices are high.
The bungalows do not have TV and it is not needed, quality time with family, time to read, relax... we loved this!!
The campsite has no cars because they are parked outside the facilities in a private parking lot and the staff brings your luggage or groceries to your bungalow.
Improvements needed: the attention of the reception staff, they do not give you a warm and welcoming greeting and seem bothered if you ask questions, they are not very helpful. We found out a lot of information about the campsite from other families, like that there is a hotel shuttle that takes you to town, for example.
Another thing to improve is the check-out time at 10:00 AM. For families with children on vacation, it means rushing, as the bungalows are ready at 4 PM and the luggage arrives about an hour or two later, it wouldn't hurt to extend check-out until 12.
We asked if we could stay on the premises on check-out day to spend the morning, and they told us no. We were shocked and after requesting, they made an exception for us.
Despite these minor improvements, which are surely due to a new team that is adapting, we would return without a doubt!!

Hello!! We were at Camping Pola the week of July 25th. The truth is that the weather was a bit strange. But we had a really great time. It is an absolutely spectacular campsite, it has everything. We stayed in a bungalow. They are little houses like in the ⛰. Quite spacious, fully equipped with everything. Surrounded by nature and with direct access to the Cove. It has a pool, 2 bars, and 2 restaurants, a supermarket, an ice cream shop, and entertainment for the little ones. And it is very close to Tossa de Mar. The village is small but very charming. The truth is we couldn’t have been better.

A nice place to spend a few days, beautiful, clean, and natural. The supermarket is very expensive... The bars are very expensive. But the staff are very friendly and competent. The place is quiet, ideal for families with children or to escape the city. The pool is saltwater and doesn't cover, which is great for the kids. The bungalows are new, perfect, and air-conditioned. Good place and beautiful. I also send a very special greeting to Lucas, as they call him at the camping. Thank you, Lucas!

We have opened the restaurant located right on Cala Pola beach, everything is very tasty and with an excellent location. It's a pity that the beach is so crowded, but it's a very beautiful place. We've been told that soon they will have more options on the menu, adding rice dishes and other plates.

Beautiful place with a beach in the middle of a cove with stunning views. It has a pool without a lifeguard. The downside is that to reach the kampaooh tents, you need to have good legs because to get to the pool and the show area, there is a good ramp. The entrance to the campsite is also crazy. First, reception at the entrance and then reception inside, where they give you the keys to the parking and the tent, and then you have to go back out of the campsite and access another way to park. The kampaooh tents are very nice and clean. The night in them is special.

Needs maintenance. The cove is small but very beautiful, most of the clients are French, the beach becomes small in August for so many holidaymakers, the service was very good. The campsite is gorgeous, it has different trees and plants along the main street. There are flat land pitches and others on the slopes. The campsite shop has everything for camping, they even rent small refrigerators. There is a beach bar-restaurant at the cove and another restaurant inside the campsite. We had lunch one day at the cove and very good price-quality ratio. The campsite manager is there for whatever you need. The treatment with the rest of the staff was also very good. I will repeat in the future.

Positive experience:
Charming campsite in Cala Pola near Tossa de Mar. Good plots, good organization, good services, clean, very attentive and pleasant staff. There are plots, bungalows, and the kampaoh area that has tents set up with lights so you don't have to carry stuff or set up. Totally recommendable, I will definitely return.

Positive experience:
The camping and the cove are spectacular!!!! The only downside was the treatment from the security guy 'the sticker man'..... We checked in and when we went to enter the car, he asked for the sticker, and when I saw that he was going to stick it on the windshield, I asked him if there was another system? The answer was, if you have any problem, complain at reception and he took the sticker and stuck it on, saying that he was there to stick stickers. To avoid making a scene, I kept quiet, but honestly, that’s not the treatment I would have liked to receive, it leaves a lot to be desired.

Well, the campsite is well equipped. It's not very updated but it's fine. The cove is indeed crowded, but it's a small cove, so it's normal for it to fill up with people quickly. The staff is friendly and attentive. If you want to tour the area, I do not recommend it because there are quite a few curves on the road and it is not very accessible for children. The atmosphere is calm and family-friendly.

Positive experience:
Wonderful location!! Constant cleanliness in the bathrooms! The plots are clean, excellent attention from the staff. Pool is good, but with no supervision. Entertainment for adults and especially children is terrible, I think it could be improved a lot, Very expensive supermarket, and they close from 1 PM to 5 PM! Just when you need things. However, they have delicious pastries! And they have a bit of everything. The beach bar is good but expensive! And they don’t serve dinner, which could be wonderful, since it is right by the beach. Overcrowded beach!! And I can’t understand how they have half a beach for boats to arrive and the glass bottom boat, someday there will be a tragedy!

Positive experience:
Beautiful facilities, very close to the cove, crowded with people and kids. A very family-oriented campground, ideal if you are going with children, not suitable for couples or those wanting to rest without too much noise. Some of the pitches for tents barely have any shade. The nighttime entertainment music is very loud and annoying, we waited 30 minutes to have coffee at the bar where there was only one waitress who couldn’t keep up, and they don’t have lactose-free milk or oats... At 9 am, the cleaning staff makes noise with machines. You cannot access the interior of the campground by car. For one night, it’s not bad.

Excellent place to go with family, more than a cove it is like a giant pool, the water is clear and very clean

+ A very beautiful place, with cool camping terraces and direct access to the cove. Very nice and pleasant people in general. - When we arrived we chose a terrace, and just a few minutes later another couple arrived, chose the same terrace and they were given to them. It wasn’t a trauma because we were very comfortable, but if we chose it, it was for a reason, not for them to give us another.

We spent a small vacation at the campsite. The staff was very friendly from reception to cleaning service. The facilities are well equipped and clean. In our case, we used a 'bengali'. The beach is small and, in my opinion, one of the best in the area. The only negative I see is that it is not private and has access to the general public. I don’t give it 5 stars because, despite their website stating that they allow pets, there are limitations, as your dog cannot be with you on the beach or in the social area. Additionally, the facilities where dogs are allowed are almost 15 minutes away from everything (beach, supermarket, laundry, Wi-Fi area, etc.). They need to be clearer on their website about this so that others don't experience what we did. Would I return? Yes! But without my pet.
