I met this morning with other people who had the same problem at another pitch. As I told you: I find it unacceptable for a 4-star camping!!!! Your choice of materials is completely unsuitable for the needs of your clients. I know you can't do anything about the rain, but as a provider, you have the obligation to offer services in line with your classification!!! Attached are the photos we took when the rain stopped. Always a nice reunion, but we were shocked by the prices this year: not only was the stay much more expensive for the Llevant bungalow -which has seen its better days- but also the prices at the bar... pay more but get less service (cardboard/plastic cups & self-service when before you could always have a chat with Marta at the table and drink coffee from a cup, plus receive a snack...). At 11 PM the bar closes and the lights go out (before we often stayed longer enjoying), so the atmosphere was also disappointing this year. The service (at the bar) is always with a smile, though we missed the dearest, hard-working Marta on the terrace (since she worked more in the restaurant). Very friendly animators, but since the kids' animation has moved to the soccer field, we missed that. Before, our kids always walked between the pool and the animation, but this year the distance was too great and they stayed at the pool. Every day there was water basketball, but after a week they were tired of it. The ping-pong tables were also moved (the meeting place for the youth). This year no mojito night, no karaoke... much less atmosphere late at night. Super friendly lifeguard Said!!! An enormously helpful man! One last downside is the closing of the side door at night, so you always had to walk around (and no longer passing by the bar at night to see who was still there to stay a bit longer). Apparently there are bracelets available to open the side door, but this was unfortunately not communicated to us at reception. It remains a very nice camping in a top location (everything nearby) and very friendly staff, but unfortunately the price and service are no longer okay... What a pity. I fear this was our last visit to camping Salata :-/

This is concerning because anyone can enter, and until nightfall, there are children playing all over the camping site. And now a few suggestions: - It wouldn’t hurt to fix the soccer field and put in artificial turf. - The same with the barbecue area. I haven't seen anyone use it yet and they could well place a basketball court there. - Eliminate the spaces between the wooden planks on the porches of the bungalows; it’s easy for something to fall, and once it falls in, it’s almost impossible to recover it. - Moderate the speed of bicycles and scooters on the streets of the bungalows, which are very narrow and there is no capacity to react.
