Positive experience: Simple and informal environment suitable for young couples, groups of friends and families. The property is in a great location just a few minutes from the Lloret beach and all services. The rooms are modest but clean. The beds are made every day and the towels are changed. The private bathroom is in the room. Free wi-fi. The staff is very friendly and polite. The owner Sig.Pedro is very kind, a really exquisite person, always available and very affable. It has all the equipment for the beach for those of us who travel only with hand luggage. Reception always open and possibility to leave and return at any time without any problem. We recommend it especially to young people, who choose it for entertainment even though we, pair of 34 and 39 years with a daughter of 5 had a great time and would certainly return. The prices are really good, nothing is missing for all those who prefer cheap holidays without sacrificing cleanliness, comfort of a private bathroom with hot water 24h, conviviality and familiarity. The only things that could be implemented (but still not absolutely necessary) are the fan and the TV in the rooms. The tv in fact, is only present in a common room. There is unfortunately possibility to use the kitchen but of course in the area you are surrounded by every kind of restaurant, pizzeria, fast food, local and international cuisine you want. Highly recommended !!!
