Sergi was so helpful downloading maps on the Wahoo, we got lost, called him, he got us to share our location so he could guide us back to the proper route. Unfortunately I got a flat and couldn't get the tire off and he was going to send someone out to us.....luckily a stronger cyclist came along while I was talking to Sergi and he was able to loosen it for us. Being able to leave the bike at the store and getting back into the store prior to it opening, having the pump, washroom and water for the water bottles made it so convenient for us. This review is for the wonderful service Luis arranged for us in support of a custom, self-guided tour I planned for my wife and I. Specifically, we asked Luis to help us arrange transportation to and from Barcelona and for our gear to be moved from our apartment in Girona to our hotel in Llafranc, in addition to transferring us from hotel to starting point of our rides so that we could do some point-to-point riding. While most of the outfits in Girona would only help with fully supported tours, Luis was extremely professional and supportive of our desire to plan things out on our own. His friendly demeanor and punctual service were second to none, and really made our trip one to remember. We will absolutely support Centre Biker on future trips to Girona and would highly recommend their service to anyone who wants to put together an adventure of their own making!
