Fantastic experience: Le mas Estela est situé au cœur du parc naturel du Cap de Creus dans la commune de La Selva de Mar, l’ensemble est proche de la frontière française, côté Perpignan. L’élevage des vins qui sont dans la Do Empordà s’effectue maintenant en jarre, ce qui est très astucieux ; il a abandonné l’élevage en barriques.
