It obviously means that they never check the tire pressure... Furthermore, I tried to call the desk at the airport as I wanted to extend my rental. I was NEVER able to reach them, supposedly because of phone issues. Nevertheless, I couldn't get anything done, even when contacting the US office or their international reservation desk. I have to go back to Barcelona but I won't be renting from Budget again.

Fantastic experience: I have been travelling in and out of Girona airport for 13 years and have hired cars with lots of companies - SolMar, Goldcar, Europecar etc - and on one previous occasion with Budget and thought they had been ok. This trip I decided to use Budget again - good decision. Nice car and clean. Checkout and checkin was simplicity itself. Many other companies - because I decline their full insurance - have a time-consuming process inspecting the car for damage before and after. Budget have the process but execute it quickly. The staff I met were friendly and efficient. The deal was just what I wanted - Full/Full - with no surcharge. Well done - 'I'll be back'.
