Fantastic experience: I was concerned by the bad reviews but i went ahead and rented a car as i couldn't find the same model from Sixt or Europcar. The experience was good. The price was correct. I added the insurance to avoid any issue as i was driving 700 km. To increase the insurance i paid 73 euros. I was asked for a 400 euros deposit that i got back. The car was working well (Opel combo). The staff was helpful even if pick-up and drop-off time took 30 minutes. I would rent again from this place if i had to. If you rent from Alamo, the service is provided by Enterprise rentacar which can be confusing from a branding perspective. The shop may be "closed" but the staff is at the back of the long car park nearby. Kudo to Lucas, the romanian guy and the other staff. They were professional.
